At 3:20 Louie Gohmert advocates that if he doesn't have recourse through the courts then this means that he has to take it to the streets.

Another 18 USC 2385 violation. FBI should arrest him, immediately.

How about it Team Trump members? Are you ready to lock and load as Louie proposes?

 

I read Gomer's Tweet and it seems that it is more whimpy whiney than a call for action. The whimpy winey posture surprises me since he did serve in the military which further makes his support of Field Marshall von Bonespurs even sicker.

 

Is this a no justice no peace type thing?

If yes, it's my understanding per watching the media that this is not only acceptable, but even acceptable during a pandemic.

I don't always agree, but I've been told to accept it as reality.

 

In the video he calls for action and he calls the courts useless.

He says in the interview around the 3:20 mark,

"Basically in effect the ruling would be that you gotta go to the streets and be as violent as antifa and blm"


Then around the 4:20 mark, Regarding the Appeal to the 5th Circuit he continues,

"So we're very hopeful that they will say, 'Ya know what, if our courts are not gonna be useful in this dispute, and the litigant here is not gonna have standing and the defendent's not the appropriate and the jurisdiction is not there, then we have no business having courts. We're worthless'"

The thought of someone on the opposite side being "as violent as antifa and blm" is triggering to the same folks who support Antifa and BML? ROFL! The irony is hilarious.

The video tells a much more complete but also a case pointing to a criminal intent by Gomer. I had only read the tweets that I could get at which as I said did not sound criminal.

Excellent, we agree on something, more or less. I think the two are similar, but there are differences.

Cynthia Johnson had received voicemail threats following her "fierce criticism against Trump’s personal attorney, Rudolph Giuliani" during the Michigan election fraud hearings.
Louie Gohmert as far as I'm aware hasn't received any voicemails threatening a lynching.

Also of some mitigating value was that as recently as October 8th there were 13 guys charged in a plot to kidnap Michigan's Governor.
Again, not something going on anywhere near Tyler TX.

Johnson serves as a state representative whereas Gohmert serves as a federal representative.

Johnson has a BA or BS in business administration.

Gohmert has a JD from Baylor, was a US Army officer serving in the JAG Corps, a three term state district judge and sat for six months on the State SC.

That is a violation of 18 USC 2385. Lock him up.

By contrast, Johnson did not advocate violence in overthrowing any aspect of the government.

Gohmert's is. He has filed a petition to the courts to overturn the orderly conduct of government business and he has now advocated violence should he not win his case in court.
