Sure the DOJ, FBI and thousands of election officials, audits, investigations and recounts can't find a shred of evidence and all attest it was a free and fair election, fraud has to be true. Doesn't matter a hand recount showed the Dominion voting machine count matched the hand count , proving the machine count accurate, they "believe" the machines were rigged. Doesn't matter that Trump hasn't even claimed fraud in court and just is arguing procedural matters that Trump appointed judges have called worthless arguments. And they can't name a single, not one single vote, that was part of this massive conspiracy.... and yet they believe this because a man who has paid millions to settle fraud suits and had his foundation shut down for charity fraud, and is the kind of guy who boasts of being a sexual predator and cheated on this 3rd wife with a porn star and paid hush money and then lied about it... this guy, is the guy that they believe over the ponderance of evidence that there was no fraud.

How do you "unite" with people who live in a delusional world where just chanting "fake news" makes all truth and facts disappear? A world where Covid and climate change are scams by scientists and doctors for money. A world where people will demand pence be "loyal" to Trump rather than the constitution and probably believe that is Patriotism. A world where after these riots, the majority of GOP congressmen still voted to support a bunch of outright lies and still acted like they had a right to overturn an election and the states certification of their own electors. GOP needs to start telling the truth first.

Not being a Constitutional lawyer I don't claim this argument is valid. I will make the claim that the 12th Amendment argument provides a basis for Pence to demonstrate loyalty. And also to obstruct Harris/Biden at every opportunity as the Dems obstructed Trump. Your people claimed Trump was not a legitimate President from the "get go" and it would be nice to see the Republicans do the same. Which of course they won't being comfortable in the role of losers and doormats.
