So from this we know that evil, illegal links between China and Biden, and between Trump and Biden, are unproven political talking points. Cool with me as long as we know that it applies to both sides.

    1. That's not the way the rule of law works. You don't get permission to commit any crime that you can find to have been done in the past. That version of government is the most profoundly stupid idea imaginable.

    2. There is NO EVIDENCE of this election being anything but free and fair. NONE.

Not ONE of the numerous court cases brought by Trump and those who help him assault our democracy has EVER presented ANY evidenc of this election being other than free and fair.

And, the reason is that if they lie in court, there are serious ramifications.

It's time to end the sedition.

Animal Farm was an allegory, a work of true genius but a literary device. The story within it has a much deeper meaning than the historical parody which is really almost a distraction from its real message. 1984 and The Giver are the same, deep and disturbing works of advanced philosophy and commentary on the tragedy of the human condition. You seem to be looking at them only as political satires which is to overlook their much more profound significance.

You need to read nonfiction in regard to these events. Assuming you haven't read it may I recommend The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich by William L. Shirer

It doesn't apply to both sides so stop the spin. Trump was a business man and making deals as business men always do. Biden on the other hand was using his government position for profit. He was also using it in Ukraine to protect the mafias at the expense of the Ukrainian people - according to Interfax.

Look at it this way. Trump lost money to serve his country and the American people. Biden used his country to serve himself and his family.

How can you even equate one with the other?

I tend to think many came out to vote against Trump. I do know that where I voted it was peaceful and orderly. That is why I think the election was legit. A person could see how many new people registered to vote and if they registered independent or Democrat. My candidate lost. And I am glad he did.

Read some non-fiction books too then... I might suggest a history book detailing how and why the USA was founded...

At first I thought impeaching him was a bit like shutting the barn door after... but then I learned that it would preclude his running again. If we don't do that his 6-M-W-E base will bring him back for another run in 24.

No, you're off by a country mile on that.

Past presidents of the USA have isolated their personal finances from government action. Nixon simply liquidated his assets, for example. Carter turned over his businesses to a person who pretty much ran them into the ground.

Trump has used his position to funnel business to his perssonal enterprises in numerous cases in several counries. He's also funneled donations (both political and charitable) to his personal financial gain - not limited to the cases he has lost in court during his presidency. And, there are the many millions still being tracked - such as the millions that dissappeared as part of his inaguration events.

True. And, that probably leaves Trump still owning the mainstream Republian party, too, as they fear being primaried.

Somehow, Trump has the Republican party so cowed that they support the assault on our democracy - let alone the constant assault on science, on economics, on national defense, on opposition to race based policing, etc.

^Conspiracy theories. What actually happened in Ukraine is very different. And stop equaling Hunter Biden to Joe Biden. FYI, they are different people and Hunter Biden is a 50-year-old man. Joe Biden is not responsible for Hunter Biden's behavior and actions.

I don't see this as a rational assessment.

Trump would be far less of a problem without the nearly unanimous support of the Republican party that he has experienced throughout.

His departure still leaves us with a nearly equal split between the two parties, with the Republicans STILL seriously involved in their attempts to defeat our government rather than working to make it successful for the American people.

Oops! Seems like a lot of projection there. How about some reality. Trump didn't need his country to make money. Instead he and his children lost millions to serve his country and the American people. Biden in contrast used his position as vice president to make millions.

Sure, the Reps made a huge mistake in using Trump as their weapon to gain rulership. I hope next time they're smarter and supply a better candidate. :)

Because Trump is a criminal mind himself. Tax evasion isn't even his worst deed. He tried to overthrow the USA. That's enough for life imprisonment. :(

Need has had nothing to do with ANY of Trump's decisions.

And, there are actual court cases documenting his theft of charitable donations.

    Thanks for sharing the video.

Biden spent the first several minutes talking about how the country has been divided and certain actions have been allowed to go unabated.

He then spent most of the time talking about his nominations for various top positions and praising the people who were chosen for their skills, experiences and lifelong commitment to a system that works for ALL people. He also mentioned that key people do NOT work for him personally but for the country, the People, as a whole to ensure fairness for all citizens.

Overall, I think it will take time for people, myself included, to open our hearts and minds to the idea of a leader who wants to represent ALL people and heal the nation. It's not going to happen overnight, but I believe we can reach that point in the future if we all take the time to focus on that common goal.

I need to believe in a country that is UNITED because I want to leave the world a better place for my children. I want to believe that we can all work toward that, a little bit at a time.

Joe Biden is responsible for his own behavior though. Here's a bit on Biden from Paul Craig Roberts that you won't find on the MSM:

Here is a long report on Interfax News of an investigation into Ukrainian corruption that covers father and son Biden’s role in providing protection for corruption in exchange for money payments. The report gives the larger picture of the extent of Ukrainian corruption.

It seems that it might be the case that Washington applies sanctions to those who participate in uncovering and revealing corruption involving US financial entities and persons.

You can bet this news report will not be reported by CNN, New York Times, or State Department.

Sorry, I don't consult Interfax News.
I have no appetite for conspiracy theorists. None.
By the way, have a nice life. Over and out.

And now they are showing their teeth. Banning opposing thought through the Social Media they have control of. It is their nature to want to silence the opposition. We'll see what innovative ideas transpire from freedom loving Americans.

I've always maintained people who violently "protest" should be prosecuted.
