So be honest. When democrats stormed the WI capital and took it over, or when the city of Seattle of Portland were having their federal buildings attacked, that wasn't the same... Cause, well you supported them and their behavior then. Tell ya what. Future lefty protesting will likely now be met with the same level of action. Sedition from the left will no longer be tolerated.

 

I just looked and don't see a verified one yet. I mean, I did see one that was verified but the avatar is Abraham Lincoln and not Trump - take that as you will.

Trump inflamed many people with the false narrative that he won the election ("the biggest SCAM in our nation's history") and implied there was something they could do (“We will never give up. We will never concede. It will never happen. You don’t concede when there’s death involved. Our country has had enough. We will not take it anymore...you'll never take back our country with weakness, you have to show strength"), and castigated Pence for failing to break the law. He also repeated false allegations of illegality in the election (see this).


That was grossly irresponsible. There were absolutely no legal avenues to him or his supporters, on Jan 6.

He should have told them something similar to what he read yesterday, "My campaign vigorously pursued every legal avenue to contest the election results...." and added "...and there are no legal avenues available to us today to prevent the inevitable. Thank you for your support. Trump 2024!"

why should twitter be able to be sued based on what Trump says on their platform... allowing that would be the end of platforms like even political forum

the reason Trump wanted to remove 230 was not for the benefit of the people, he wanted to be able to sue them for allowing people to disagree with him publicly, Trump wanted the rich to be able to censor the little people by people like himself threatening lawsuits against free sites
