Not saying you are wrong but how do you know this as fact? This may shock you but Trump has been known to lie from time to time.

My time is split equally between Fox, MSNBC, CNN and the one you left out.....NewsMax.

    1. Trump removed by what ever means available.
    2. Every member of Congress who voted not to accept the real AZ electors should be censured.
    3. Prosecution of the rioters to the fullest extent of the law.
    4. Josh Hawley should be impeached.

I would say it is fact because from time to time he stated the Charity it was going to. I am sure his "enemies" would have exposed it if it were a lie.

There is no formal mechanism for holding his voters responsible for their colossally poor judgement. Perhaps the best way to address this issue is by holding the media outlets who misinform them accountable for lying.

You're certainly free to think whatever you want, but you're wrong. Brandenburg absolutely applies to arguments that what the President said was a crime of "inciting a riot". A bevy of legal experts have explained exactly that online over the last few days.

Less than two weeks left to impeach Trump a second time. There's no way the Dems can get themselves organized in that time. Then it has to be tried in the Senate. How stupid do Nancy and Chuck have to be to even talk about it?

Yes, that is a good point. However, if the House impeaches, the Senate can still deal with the impeachment after Jan 20 even though Trump is out. The impact of a Senate conviction will be he is disqualified from running for Office in 2024.

But Trump gets to mount a defense doesn't he? Doesn't the Supreme Court act as judge and jury in an impeachment? People who talk about removing a president in two weeks are showing their ignorance.

No, the House 'impeaches,' and the Senate conducts a 'Trial,' and either convicts or not. Yes, in both Houses, Trump gets to 'defend.'

That's my point Trump gets to mount a defense. And they think they can do this in under two weeks? Those people are delusional at best.

The House can get it done in that time. The Senate can't. Does not matter. The Senate can still convict (or not,) taking whatever time they want, and a conviction means Trump cannot run in 2024.

I see. So the point of this latest impeachment charade is keeping a political foe from running for president again. What the hell has become of this country?

Nope. The point is......Humpty has demonstrated very clearly, quite overtly, now that he should not be POTUS and never should be. You can't have a bloke who has such a total disregard for your Constitution in the White House, a bloke who incited insurrection, as he clearly did, in cahoots with his mate Rudy, whom I reckon is in deep schit for his comments at that Rally.

Trump. as we warned you 5 years ago, is not mentally stable.

Did you think 6 days ago he would tell his cult to murder a police officer?
Did you think 5 days ago he would command his cult to find Pence and execute him for treason?

I'd rather not wait till a few billion are dead to act.

Right. The reason it just isn't going to happen is that the process is purely political. For them to "convict" and remove him, 17 Republican Senators would have to commit career suicide. We all know how brave politicians are. Trump isn't a danger to run in 2024. The reason the Left are going hysterical trying to destroy him by any means is that they understand how dangerous his influence will be. They hate him but they've also learned to FEAR him and that's good. Those SOBs need to learn what fear of losing power feels like.

    1. Using taxpayer funds to leverage support for his own political advantage. (The 'perfect' call.)
    2. Using his position as POTUS to pressure a State Electoral Official to go and 'find' about 70,000 theretofore undiscovered votes for him in Georgia. Another, no doubt, 'perfect' call.)
    3. Using the position, influence, power and words of POTUS to incite insurrection.

That is the very reason it likely will happen.

Yep, and maybe they have the courage to do exactly that.

Some, like Pence, have demonstrated very recently that they do have balls and principles.

Oh yeas he is. 'MAGA' is going nowhere, and Humpty has an existing War Chest in excess of $M200 to throw at keeping the cultists interested.

100% true. When you have identified a lethal cancerous growth in any body including the body politic, you pull every stop to get rid of it, permanently.

And the cultists need to learn that their has no long term future.

Yeah... not gonna happen. We know how badly some folks want to cancel over 70,000,000 who have different views, but, either you'll get over this compulsive urge to violate the rights of others, or you will become even more frustrated. Americans tend to view such folks as totalitarian control freaks and we tend to put a real crimp on their nonsense. So yeah, if you really have a desire to engage in the purge you describe, you are going to be doing a lot of complaining.
