That's actually a really good point and I wonder if the censor/deplatform saga will revisit the issue with consequence. Because the final ruling on the 'gay bakery' matter was that a baker should not be forced to use their personal creative talents to create a unique piece containing a message that goes against their religious views, but that no individual should be refused general goods readily available to everyone. In other words a baker could refuse to craft a custom cake decked out in LGBT iconography but could not refuse to sell a generic cake simply because they didn't approve of who was buying it. But should this wave of app store, payment processors, CDN's, registrars, etc, de-platforming be upheld then due to equal protections bakers and vendors of all sorts would have to be allowed to refuse service to any customer they do not wish to do business with.

But You did make that claim, or maybe you didn't mean it that way. maybe you can elaborate as to why republican courts will make a difference in terms of taking on big pharma, or big tobacco, or big media. My whole lifetime I have seen grass roots advocacy groups (almost always dems) take on large corporations eventually with the help of representatives (almost always democrats). Along the way republicans have been there to defend these corporations.
I am glad that repubs have finally discovered that people need to be protected from rapatious corporations and applaud them joining the fray against slave labour in china for example, and amazona dn facebook hegemony.
