Pelosi: Capitol Mob Chose ‘Their Whiteness Over Democracy’

The purpose of impeachment is to remove someone from office. It is not to engage in personal harassment. If it happens and gets to the supreme court it will fall on its face. Things are likely to calm down after the inauguration. I hate seeing America act this way.

People all over this nation have rioted and killed people and destroyed businesses but all I heard was it was ok because they were angry. They had a right to steal food, clothes, appliances etc. because it was deserved reparations. It's not that those who caused the damage at the White House shouldn't be brought to justice. It's the hypocrisy of many that never said a word, when at the time it was happening, want to act all high and mighty.

 

Evident by the large confederate flag presence.

 

Thats painting a large group of people with a broad stroke based on the actions of the few. Isn't that what racists do?

And Biden just put his rubber stamp on it. And after all these years in the Senate he knows that once the Articles of Impeachment reach the Senate then they go into continuous session until the trial is over. No other business. So when he fails to do what he pledge to do in his first 100 days while he is part and parcel to dividing the country more and more if will be his own fault. He could have stopped and he refused and didn't have the GUTS to take stand on it before the vote.

 

It's not just about Biden but he has lied about Russian collusion for years inciting the leftwing insurrectionist and lies claiming all the Trump supporters a white supremist and must be stopped, he threaten to physically attack the Preisdent inciting the anarchist and Harris aided and abetted the insurrectionist raising money so if they were arrested they could be immediately bailed out so they could go back on the streets where she urged them to continue. So the afternoon of January 20th the Democrats can prove they are not hypocrites, this is not just political warfare for them and impeach them both. If not we can wait until the Mid-terms and if the Republicans when back the House they can just hold a vote on their first day and impeach them both.

Once again the Dems have backed themselves into a corner they are now going to have to extract themselves from with the least political damage and looking like fools like last time. Remember then? Last year this time what were the Democrats trying to do, remove President Trump, through those first critical months of COVID they had him and the Congress tied up on their bogus impeachment. And it cost them this last election. And now they want to do it again even after he leaves office.

 

I have seen nowhere where Biden and Democrats make a distinction they are tagging everyone and on the floor of the House calling Trump a white supremist along with his followers.

 

It didn't seem to bother you when you voted for Trump and it still doesn't seem to bother Trump supporters even after months of trying to overturn the election result and a mob roaming the Capitol killing people and looking to kill more.

Pelosi on her worst day is better than Trump on his best.

 

I said long ago the his contest which he is LEGALLY allowed to submit were not going to change anything and I voted for his policies this time, did not the first time, not the man I can't stand him personally. Pelosi has made the Speakership a laughing stock and has once again backed the House into a corner they can't get out of with their deraignments and obsession's of Trump. All the insurrectionist, as opposed the leftwing insurrectionist it seems, should be arrested and fully prosecuted. I have said for years this anarchy started by the leftwing is going to get out of hand unless starting with the local and state politicians start full investigating and prosecuting as NOW we are doing. But they have aided and abetted it and now we pay for it.

 

....and all you can do is rant about the left. I get it. You have to change the narrative. Its basically all Trump supporters live to do right now.

So here is the bad news. In the popular memory most Presidents get associated with one, maybe two things. Kennedy: Young, Catholic, got shot; LBJ: Great Society & Vietnam War; Nixon: China & Watergate; Carter: Camp David, one term loser; Reagan: Morning in America; Bush 1: Berlin wall falls, Iraq War 1; Clinton: Monica; Bush 2: 9/11, Afghanistan & Iraq; Obama: First Black President; Trump: COVID & Capitol riot.

Those assessments may or may not be fair representations of their terms, but it is the quick association.

That is going to be the legacy Trump voters leave America - the guy who failed on COVID & then threw a giant tantrum about losing an election that ended up with a violent mob storming the Capitol. You can yell, scream, distract & try every trick you have, it isn't going to matter. Trump is the riot guy and Trump supporters put him there and then refused point blank to even try to rein him in.
