With them as poll workers, how do you expect to win? I would encourage all conservatives to take their eyes off the products of Silicon Valley and their eyes on alternative media. That represents billions of dollars that you are denying big tech and giving to alt tech. Let them have their culture and create your own eco system. Alt tech is now a legit competitor to big tech. Dave Cullen (Computing Forever) got kicked off youtube and then they asked him to come back. Dave looked at his views on alt tech and noticed that they were roughly equal to his views on youtube. He told youtube and I quote "STICK IT UP YOUR A$$". The liberal idiots don't realize that the tech is not hard and the market they are casting off is mammoth. I was upset about users getting kicked off youtube until I discovered you could follow them elsewhere. Better yet, you can financially support them so that advertisers will never be able to put a muzzle on them.

This is where the power resides. Our ideas are better, are true and will win, they just need exposure. As we build our systems, people will naturally flood their. The majority of Americans dislike censors and when given the opportunity will migrate to freer platforms.

Right. A number of years ago, the IRS discovered a tax evasion scheme run by a Swiss bank. They knew of the scheme, but not the U.S. participant's names, which were protected by Swiss banking laws. They negotiated with the Swiss bank (and the Swiss government) and the bank finally agreed to give them the names of 5,000 of the estimated 50,000 U.S. participants. The IRS then publicly announced the deal, without announcing ANY of the 5,000 names. They also offered a program whereby participants could come forward voluntarily, pay back taxes and a small fine, and NOT be prosecuted. Since none of the 50,000 knew if their name was among the 5,000, most admitted participation and took the deal, rather than risk prosecution.
Sounds like her not announcing the names of colleagues she may have recognized could be similar.

 

I imagine it will be 15 minutes or less until some ill-informed alt-righter on here incorrectly uses the word "entrapment"....

Good point. Don't know how the 5,000 names were chosen...maybe randomly, although perhaps for a small banking fee you could keep your name off the list. I don't remember any notable prosecutions, although the IRS did follow through with prosecutions of relatively small participants who didn't come forward voluntarily (I believe I read about several tax payers in Florida being prosecuted).

This is exactly the same thing as Stop the Steal or the mountain of evidence of Russia collusion Adam Schiff supposedly had. She has no idea if these were even the same people much less if her colleagues were in a conspiracy to help insurrectionists case the joint. To suggest such without any evidence is a tactic designed to do nothing but smear the opposition and influence public opinion. The fact it is even being discussed is proof her tactic worked. If she really cared and thought she had credible evidence she would have quietly handed it over and skipped the grand standing on Maddow.

3. Neither of them cared about the riot, except where it added to the delay and chaos. Once it was announced the certification would restart later that evening, they needed another delay tactic.

I agree - it isn't the biggest story going. But it is a shameful example of his priorities that night. And could show some Rep senators just what kind of man his is when voting.
