    That's the whole point, it wasn't secret yet she kept secret info on it and participated in the cover up, the Repubs gave her a pass because they are not law enforcement, what were they going to do to her? She's a private citizen now. I don['t say lock her up but she should have been held to account.

    Who wasn't the secretary of state! The only security concerns from her emails was that they endangered her and her family.

    what does that have to do with anything? she worked at the white house, just like Hillary, and her dad was the President - her husband also used personal email

    btw, the Bush secretary of state also used personal email

    Pence used AOL email with his previous government job as well

    Access to email, access to server, access to network. You think if hackers get into the the secretary's email they can't get to the boss?

    did you notice you are trying to defend EXACTLY the same thing you and the republicans attempted to prosecute after 13 investigations? A high ranking government official with full time access to the President and you think its no big deal she doen'st follow security protocols.

    But none had the sort of sensitive material and the rules weren't in force back then. It's not so much that Hillary screwed up, that's only human, it's the cover up on her part and the way the FBI just waived the investigation.
