I don't want to say anything disparaging about Dannion Brinkley, but I will simply add that for a couple of days after I had surgery way back in the late 1970's, they had me on some pretty high doses of morphine -- and I remember those 'dreams' to this day! The thing on Biden is, they keep moving the goalposts. They first said he'd never win the primaries. He did that. Then they said that in the Convention he'd never be confirmed as the nominee (instead, Cuomo or Hillary Clinton would). He was nominated. Then they said he'd never win the election. He did that. Then they said he'd never be inaugurated. He's about to do that. Now they are saying he won't be president on April 1st.

Me, I think that barred natural death or assassination, Biden will serve the full 4 years of his term. Not for a second I endorse the Trump campaign point that he is demented (the election is over, they should drop this talking point). He has normal cognitive decline typical of his age but is not demented in the clinical sense, at all. He is also not a puppet of the far left. If he were, Bernie Sanders would now be his Secretary of Labor, and given that Bernie by virtue of the new Senate controlled by Dems is the Chairman of the Budget Committee, Biden wouldn't have installed Neera Tanden, Bernie's sworn enemy, as the head of the Office of Budget and Management, a position from where she may be able to thwart any wild initiative by Bernie. If people paid any attention to Biden's picks for his Cabinet, they'd know that he is in no way, shape, or form, a puppet of the extreme left.

Agreed. There is no rational basis for claiming a Biden Presidency is a step toward socialism. My impressionists that the irrational fear is rooted in the fact that there are some pretty extreme members of the Democratic party. Overlooked are the extreme members of the Republican party.

 

Besides, every time a Democrat is elected president, the right wing says we'll become a communist s... hole and the sky is falling.

 

You should stop believing everything you hear on the internet. The evidence consists of an affidavit that makes an assertion that votes were changed. Why consider that credible? How is it even possible to change votes on voting machines that aren't even connected to the internet? Reuters examined the claim in detail. See this.
