That's it? That's the incitement? He said we have to be strong, not weak, to take our country back? In other words, don't be a rug; stand up for what you believe in and go after the other side? For example, don't be like the establishment, milquetoast Republicans, who have been called racist segregationists (e.g. McCain) and slaveholders (Romney) by Democrats and their friends in the media and barely responded back in kind, but fight back with vigor. Really? That's the incitement? Really? Maybe you should do stand-up, because your deadpan is hilarious.

As dumb as Baldwins tweet was, he did not state he wished for the killing or death of anyone.

2 months of it, lying about how if his supporters fought for Trump, he would be able to steal the election and be President for 4 more years

all you have to do is listen to the ones caught in the insurrection, they are saying they were doing it for Trump, he invited them

they are saying Trump was like a cult leader, and they were under his spell

the horned guys lawyer even compared Trump to Jim Jones

Two months of saying that his supporters had to fight against what he thought was voter fraud? That's the incitement? And, by the way, this presidential election was shady as hell, from the Chinese Virus that just happened to come at an election year, which gave Democrats the excuse to shutdown the economy, which was Trump's biggest strength, to the media helping Biden in the debates and not covering stories against him, which, evidence shows, fundamentally tipped the election in Biden's favor without any actual voter fraud needed (1), to the astronomical implementation of no-excuse absentee voting, which leads to more voter fraud by its very nature (up to 50 times more voter fraud than in-person voting, in fact [2]). It's understandable that Trump wanted his supporters to fight the large amount of corruption that went into installing Biden as president.

If the choice of Trump's guilt is what the rioters think he said, so they can get off the hook, to what he actually said, I'm going with what Trump actually said. I know--a radical idea!

yes, we know what Trump said about his own VP, and what these Trump supporters said about his VP during the resurrection...

Trump gets intelligence reports, he knew these people were dangerous, but choose to do what he did anyways

Rudy Giuliani said “trial by combat.”

Trump deserved to be impeached over it and was impeached over it, most bipartisan impeachment ever

It's a matter of perspective. I consider Trump as morally guilty as Baldwin. Trump about what has happened at Capitol Hill ... Baldwin [if this will happen] about what could happen to Trump.

Trump has got a moral ... in Italy we know that moral very well [!]. It's based on money and women. Remember Berlusconi ...

The point is always the same: if you face an individual you consider "negative" using his own methods ... who will be able to note a difference between you and him?

CONTEXT - look the meaning of the word up in a dictionary. Then apply it to the the situations and comments being talked about. Baldwin is an actor and comedian famous in the US for his take downs of Trump on TV and digital media. And as noted previously the outcome of that tweet (apart from your apparent outrage) has been what? Nil zip nada.

Depp, no such history. The rioters? Openly admit they were there to support Trump. Some, after their arrest going on the record as stating they only did what they did because they thought Trump wanted them to do it. That's on the record!

To further clarify. A frustrated parent stating that 'sometimes they could strangle that kid' or some such comment in front of witnesses.

Now you tell me. Option A: admission of intent to commit murder. Or Option B: frustrated parent.

Based on your argument virtually every patent in the country could be accused of potentially criminal actions. But they're not.

    Context.

Until recently, they were less blatant and some could still argue that they were not unfairly censoring. I've noticed that nearly all of their defenders have gone quiet, on both the Right and the Left.

LISTS, PURGES, AND CRIMINALIZING OPPOSITION ARE THE LEFT’S HALLMARKS: The left’s ‘urge to purge’ response to the Capitol assault.

I think even Liberals have about had it with these folks.

Thanks, but the only ones being twisted into a pretzel are the Trump apologists.

Alec doesn't need my help, but you guys, oh boy!

as I have seen enough posts on this site deleted from both the left and the right... I would say some on both sides support the 'urge to purge' as you put it

Hey, call me when you hear Alec Baldwin organizing a "protest" at Mar a Lago. You might have something at that point, until then, it's just pompous hyperbole.

Well, speaking for myself, I'm tickled to death that you have a great sense of humor. I for one wouldn't have taken offense if that were said about a democrat since I have a good sense of humor. So what do you have to say about that????
