    So what? There are no "worse" of "better" High Crimes and misdemeanors. If a President commits them, they are removed from power.

    There are many alternative names to what Trump did: insurrection, sedition, riot, treason, ... As for Graham, he's a worthless partisan hack now. Couldn't care less what he calls it.

    Wrong. Trump can be criticised for his challenge to the legislative authority, and he SHOULD be criticised for it.

    Because he was not found guilty of High Crimes and Misdemeanors by two thirds of the Senate.

    Trump has been challenging the legislative authority since the start of his administration. And just now Graham notices it?

    I have no idea what point you're trying to make, but the fact that Graham is a hypocrite in more senses than one does not make him any less a hypocrite.

    Your questions have the most obvious answers. Is there a purpose for you to even ask them? This is the reason why I often just skip them.

    Same with Trump. So what the hell is the difference exactly? Unless you're being totally consistent and non-partisan and saying that Clinton should have been removed too.

    How has he challenged the legislative authority? Did he go around Congress like Obama and sign an Executive Order, changing immigration law? No he did not.

    Huh? The difference is that Trump's senate trial hasn't happened.

    Clinton's impeachment was held in a Republican controlled Congress. Despite that, it didn't break even simple majority. Testimony and deliberations were held behind closed doors. So we don't know the details. I think that Clinton committed perjury. But I don't know if they proved that this qualifies as "High Crimes and Misdemeanors". Trump was not charged for perjury in his Articles of Impeachment despite the fact that the Mueller Report showed very definite evidence that he had committed it.

    I'm not a fan of the Clintons, I was more a fan of Al Gore, and would have been fine if he had been declared President.

    What nonsense! Obama didn't change immigration law.

    Are you serious? I'm talking about the FIRST impeachment!

    Unbelievable. I did not know that. I always assumed that Democrats controlled the Senate when they impeached Clinton. It would seem that the Clinton impeachment was far less partisan than Trump's first impeachment, given that a bunch of Republicans found him not guilty.

    Then why is immigration law not being enforced in the excact same way as prior to Obama's action?

    When is a senator going to call for the impeachment of Chuck Schumer for threatening 2 supreme court justices? When is somebody in the house going to call for the removal of Maxine Watters for threatening government officials and demanding they be attacked?
