When we took to the streets against the True Patriots in the ANSWERnik Million Mogadishus crowd in the 2000s those pukes hadn't penetrated the Democratic Party yet, but now they're overrunning it with the help of their "progressive" friends (AOC, the Squad, et al) who are mainstreaming those extremists, and the establishment is terrified of them and their supporters (remember the failed attempt to censure Ilhan Omar?). Look at who finished a strong second in the last two DP presidential primaries, a self-avowed socialist who rocked the Hammer & Sickle on the wall of his office in Burlington when he was mayor. Look at Obama - a stone cold acolyte of the man who wrote the rulebook for the radical Left, the original community organizer, Saul Alinsky.

What we're seeing is the culmination of the evolutionary process within the Democratik Party that was interrupted by the Cold War. Had it not been for our confrontation with the Soviets this would have happened much earlier. This isn't the Party of JFK anymore - far from it. It's the party of the "progressives" who marched out of the DP under the leadership of Henry Wallace in 1948 and marched back in during the chaos of 1968 and the Vietnam War.
