Joe Biden now holds the record for the shortest time in office before impeachment was charged- ONE day. Yes, it's true. Georgia conservative Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene Thursday made good on her promise to file articles of impeachment against President Biden.

Charges alleged relate to abuse of power when in the office of Vice President; details yet to come. While it has little chance of going anywhere- it's sending a message. Joe is not going on a ride through his new Camelot in a gold carriage pulled by six white horses, waving to the adoring peons as the MSM would like you to see him.... No. More like a Mad Max trip into the throng of angry citizens his minions have declared war on on. When Joe got in bed with them- he set himself up to take the heat. Bad choices Joe. Bad.

It's destiny; you reap what you sow- what goes around comes around.

What else is coming around to disturb the love and tranquility we are promised?

Imagine thinking that articles of impeachment from someone who believes in inter-dimensional globalist vampires that drink adrenachrome reflects poorly on anyone other than that person and those who support her.

By acting frivolously, like seasoned career Democrat leaders? Probably so. Let's go with that.

Impeachment by whacked out, disproven conspiracy theory. Yeah, that's the ticket. Can't wait until it comes up for a vote.

You think this is a good thing, OP?

Classically relevant. Pelosi/Schumer/Schiff/Nadler have over 100 years in office. They are the setters of precedent, the setters of appropriate Congressional values and behaviour. They should be revered as role models, the people whose actions should be copied and applauded.

Greene is exhibiting real leadership skills by following the sage and wise examples of the professionals.

There are two recent precedents for that. This is the new normal in Congress.

No, it doesn't rise to the level of frivolity. It's bizarre Rudy Giuliani/GRU influenced conspiracy theory. I can't wait for it to come to the floor for debate.

I hope she included Ron Johnson in the impeachment article. Here, you figure it out.

At this point, do you feel so entitled that Biden admitting actually doing the thing Trump was accused and impeached for, vis a vis Ukraine, and doing so on video, that you feel that nothing including actual verbal confession will overcome your assertion of being "disproven" or "conspiracy"? Laughable.

The "same thing" could only be done by Obama. Biden was VP.

Take your time. Read and think. Prepare yourself to be laughed out of Congress.

And you support Trump? Why? Trump is farther from conservatism than Gore Vidal.

You do realize that this article of impeachment is a thinly veiled conspiracy theory? Answer me this, how can you impeach a president for doing the work of a former president, while he was vice president? How do you impeach a president for doing the work of Ron Johnson, while he was vice president?

If this is the new "conservatism," I think I'll consult Mr. Vidal for opinions on free trade.

He very clearly committed criminal acts -- potentially violation of the FCPA -- kind of legal grey area when it comes to an elected official, but Biden's blatant admission of bribery and/or blackmail on behalf of his son and on television is prima facie evidence of his abject corruption. He is as dirty as they come, probably makes his morning coffee with swamp water.

If one looks at the world of politics without buying the facade, it's clear that it's a very dirty game, that consists of compromises of character and a lot of unsavory things. I doubt a genuinely honest and patriotic person could stomach it, let alone last. Joe's been at it 45 years, knows every trick in the book. A line from the "Steel Magnolias" movie says it well; "Why would anyone do something illegal, when you can do so many dishonest things legally?"

The people who are best at that skill are politicians and lawyers.... what's more, nobody knows better how to do the illegal as well, without getting caught.

Greene is crazy and most Republicans cringe when she starts spouting her nonsense; Ben Sasse for example said that her stances are detrimental to the GOP as they bring down the GOP's reputation. Good luck making her article of impeachment stick, in a House that is controlled by Dems and also does have some sane Republicans. The only message being sent here, is that she is crazy; this message is already known, so, not even.

Democrats changed the impeachment rules so that even though we know that Biden is a criminal, the actual commission of a crime is not longer necessary to impeach. All that is needed is a House leader who is a petty tyrant and a hive-mentality collective of Reps who won't dare step out of line. The blanket accusation of "Abuse of Power" can be enough reason to impeach. Joe clearly abused his power with foreign governors for "family favors". Doesn't even have to be proven. No hearings. No committee meetings. Just a majority vote.

    2023 will be so entertaining.

Looks like she has to get her own house in order before pointing fingers at others:

    https://www.cnn.com/2021/01/22/us/parkland-shooting-marjorie-taylor-greene/index.html

Apparently she called the Parkland shooting a false flag. Family members are calling on her to resign. Maybe, she'll be gone before Biden.
