yep. AND to ensure if convicted there was ban from public office and loss of perqs. AND by accepting the pardon, Nixon essentially plead guilty. But hey man, keep trying. Personally I got the popcorn and the beer just waiting for the show to begin.

1876 impeachment of Secretary of War William Belknap

In a couple of weeks we'll see who falls all overthemselves. As to grandstanding, they learned from the best or did you miss the 13 benghazi investigations?

He's toast and I'm loving it.

    No president
The purpose is to remove a president from office. If the motive is to deny him the opportunity to seek office in the future after he’s no longer in office, there’s a different way to go about that.

There’s a reason the Democrats do not want to do that. Can you guess what that reason is?

Will your head explode when he’s not “toast”?

It will be exactly as I predict.
    Toast?
What do you think will happen to Trump in the unlikely even that the senate convicts him?

Yeah, more of the same riots, and maybe a newly minted Fascist Martyr party to boot.

    Toast?

He won't be convicted. The damage is done to him -moving on would be the best for the long term

Was that supposed to be a serious or clever response?

Chances are he won’t be convicted as most people understand the process was intended to remove a president from office.

Biden is not only going to be removed by the military, he will spend the rest of his life in Gitmo.
Trump will sit safely by in his resort, watching the left make clowns of themselves trying another false impeachment that will go nowhere.
The military will exercise Trump's executive order of 2018, then announce NESARA and that will be implemented.
That will result in 90% of congress and a whole boat load of deep state bureaucrats joining Biden in Gitmo, the end of the Federal Reserve abortion, and the complete death of the deep state and restoration of our Constitutional Republic.
A military general will occupy the White House for 120 days while a new election is held, but an honest one.
Trump will run again and be elected by an absolute landslide, and most likely with a Republican majority in the House and Senate.
The left will be force-fed their red pills.

With the option of also voting to prevent him from ever running again.
You're advocating a dictatorship. If you can't trust our institutions, why would you think you could trust Trump?

You are damned if you do, damned if you don't.
This guy is Toxic (I don't mind his policies, but his personality and his radicalism)
If you strip him from office you convince many of his supporters of the corruption
of the system. If he can run for office again he then radicalizes all over again.

I am not advocating a dictatorship, I am advocating getting rid of the one we have right now and actually following our Constitution ... which, by the way, prohibits impeaching a President after he has left office. :)
I trust Trump because he has done more for this country in just four years than has been done in the past two decades. ;)

I am advocating that the military follow the Constitution and do exactly what the Constitution prescribes for them to do in the advent of fraudulent elections and an illegitimate government.

Where in the Constitution do you think it says that? And, why do you think the Constitution is being violated? Have you ever read the Constitution>?

Elected by a landslide? But the polls are rigged, remember.

Well, obviously you haven't read it. Buckle up, things are going to get mighty interesting and real soon now. ;-) It is actually the Insurrection Act of 1807 and Trump's Executive Order of 2018. Yes, yes, I know Biden has been erasing all of Trump's EOs, but it is also true that as an illegitimate President due to a fraudulent election everything he does since his inauguration is null and void.

So we count the ballots three times. Everyone watching everyone else. Yet somehow
these ballots are 'fraudulent' without Trump having to prove it.

It is every bit as enforceable and binding as the Constitution. The election itself was unconstitutional. The left likes to say that the courts have ruled there was no election fraud, but the fact is that of the 60-odd cases, NO COURT HAS SO FAR EVEN LOOKED AT THE EVIDENCE AND THEY HAVEN'T RULED ON DIDDLY-SQUAT.

My understanding is that the courts HAVE looked at the evidence. And thrown out the cases.

No - you are living in a fantasy world. Nothing like that is going to happen. Trump won't be convicted and the whole thing is a waste of time. You need to focus on 2022/2024 as that is the opportunity to change things

Yeah...there have been a lot of court decisions related to evidence as well as being thrown out for lack of standing. I strongly recommend you read the U.S. Constitution. Have a nice day.

no, it will bow in deep sadness at a final declaration to the world that American democratic values and moral leadership are secondary to partisan political considerations. This pathetic dry rot will condemn the building, and MAGA will be credited with exposing it in their desecration.
