I just don't see how both the BLM riots and the Capitol riot cannot be described as "a violent uprising against an authority or government." Why does it need to be a SUCCESS in order for it to be insurrection?

 

Where did I say that? I've always said that they are DIFFERENT! They cannot be equated. In terms of property damage, the BLM riots were WAY worse!

The Mayor of DC ordered that police change their procedures after the BLM protests! That's likely a KEY cause for why they were not as good at their job during the Capitol riot! Blame that useless piece of crap Mayor! Now you know why the cops were so useless that day.

 

Democracy survived! Meanwhile, a bunch of children at the children's cancer centre in Chicago were traumatised by BLM and antifa human waste!

 

Ok, they were all insurrection then. I'm good with that as long as it is used for the totality of the violence. On the one hand we had hand wringing and deep concern for why and on the other we get cries of traitor and you hate America.

I went to Academy sports yesterday looking for fishing tackle. It's off season so there wasn't much to pick from but I did walk past the shooters supplies. Empty shelves, no ammo except for some obscure caliber nobody shoots. We need to get people back to work and back in school. This social distancing is killing us. We used to talk to each other while standing in checkout lines, now we watch each other suspiciously and we all have masks on so we can't see any smiles. People used to smile a lot.

This is all, every *******ned bit of it politics and it's destroying who we are.
