There's really something remarkable about the low educated voters at our voting poll I tell you. They keep thinking that if they give their money to Uncle Sam, that will somehow translate into greater goods for all of us. No it won't, the government accountability site will show them just how much fat waste there is.

Limit the government expenditures to only the necessities and maybe they'll actually be a more frugal spender for once.

 

I can assure you she was not knitting enough mittens to generate an income that she would be in a high income tax bracket. I call a bogus post.

 

Well she continues to support and vote the leftist in so she reaps what she sows.

 

Someone needs to learn about self-employment taxes.

 

Beware of government debt spending, it's how OUR government grows beyond what we are willing to fund. In a sense they are saying that it's really none of our business because they are not asking us for the money to do it, but, we don't want any government that we aren't willing to fund. One of the ways government is restrained is that it must come to us for funding. With the Federal Reserve buying government bonds they are escaping accountability to us which is how government grows to size that manages us, rather than remains under our rightful control.

I give up, like I have said in other post, what's to lose in a DEMOCRAT society? Free money for believing COVID will kill you, insisting you have a permanent disability "Hypochondriasis" germaphobia, can't handle seeing people faces or be closer then ten feet from anyone but my sterile gold fish tank.. And collect free money, food, rent subsidies, medical, DRUGS, drug abuse therapy and mental support via google online focus group and a big stuffed teddy bear to cuddle with at night!!

Maybe at sometime in the past, but today, EVERYTHING the Left works toward, shouts, advocates, to me, are various means of controlling us.

But, I would appreciate being shown where I'm wrong. I liked the Democrat Party that was dedicated to free expression and the sworn enemy of Blacklists a lot lot lot lot lot better than this one that we have today.

I would truly love to see the Democrat Party become great again, wholly dedicated to Constitutional Liberal Democracy rather that constantly looking for ways to evade the constitutional limits on their ability to control others.

That crap ain't no joke. Had a tax client one time making less than a grand on some small fraction of a mine she owned. It knocked her out of all kinds of tax credits. I begged her to get rid of that damn thing.

 

If politicians don't have mittens, they may end up having to put their hands in their own pockets for a change!

 

It's possible this person actually posted that, but if so - she's just looking for something to blame. The median income of a Vermont teacher is $59K, which puts her in the 22% income tax bracket. Perhaps she didn't realize that this extra income would be taxed at the marginal rate, and consequently didn't factor that cost into her sales price. If so, that's a pity.

 

Give me an example of how Republicans are attempting to "control you".

All of them. It's called "rule of law". It's a good thing.

Both parties believe they are looking out for the general interest. They just happen to have different opinions about how to do that.

 

This is only the BEGINNING. Soon we are gonna see threads like "Woman converts to GOP after her children are slain by MS-13 members that got in after Biden's reversal on trumps immigration policy. Lets be happy that this is incident was only money damages from leftist policies and not actual DEATHS

 

And you somehow think that MS13 members would be daunted by Dirty Donalds supposedly impregnable wall, that a ten year old climbed over in less than two minutes???

 

Or the 4,800 Colorado Republicans who dropped out of the party after the MAGA riot debacle ...

 

Clearly this was a small side business and she wasn’t making enough to keep the business going.

 

Some probably do, but we have a well-developed system of laws that preserve the rights of gays.

We also have a well developed set of laws securing the right and ability of women to obtain abortions.

There is no serious effort among GOP office holders to remove these protections.
