Enlil is not mentioned in the Bible. You are simply assuming another god to put there perhaps to demean the living God. The Bible involves Jesus from Adam and Eve to Revelations. No logic to adding in a god named Enlil, a fake god that never existed as a real entity and is dissolved to the point that I had to Google the name to know what it is.

But you think it was that King Most high?

You're mixing history and myth in a breathtaking narrative. We don't know if Abraham even existed. We don't know what gods did the distant ancestors of the Hebrew tribes worship. Each tribe probably had a slightly different pantheon, ruled by a tribal god. For all we know, Abraham might have been such a protector god before turning human mythical ancestor. Religious syncretism and historicization of myths is a prominent characteristic of Judaism.

Back to Melchizedek: the name means "king (of) Zedek", and we know Zedek was a Middle Eastern god (must have been quite powerful, being assigned the planet Jupiter like Zeus, planet that is still called Zedek in Hebrew). If Abraham bowed to Melchizedek, then his god was Zedek, not El or Enlil.

EL - is mentioned by name a number of times in the Bible - the Proper Name. It is understandable that you do not realize this - as modern translations edit out the name of El For example .. in Psalm 82 - the phrase "Congregation of EL" is translated as "Congregation of the Mighty" https://www.scripture4all.org/OnlineInterlinear/OTpdf/psa82.pdf

The fact that El was the God of Abraham is so well established that you can find this attested to in publications like the Encyclopedia Britannica. That El was the God of Abraham is the scholarly and theological consensus.

Regardless - this is not about what "You believe" - or about what I believe. This is about what people during Abraham's time believed - and the Israelites that followed .. all who revered El as "The Most High".

It does not matter whether or not Abraham existed - and we know very well what Gods the people of Abraham's time were worshiping.

While the various "city states" - not "Tribes" - may have had a slightly different pantheon - they all revered El as "The Most High" - either on Earth or in Heaven - they all believed the same basic story of creation - and so on.

So when we look at a passage such as "The congregation of El" in Psalm 82 - today's reader would not likely know what this means.
In the time of Abraham and the Israelites - "Everyone" knew what this meant - as this was part of everyone's religious belief at the time.

There is a reason why called "Council of El" rather than "Council of YHWH" or "Council of Marduk" - even though these Son's of El had usurped the position of El on Earth - syncretism. El was still regarded as head of the Divine Council in Heaven.

Since this passage creates obvious problems for Monotheism - Modern translations edit out the proper name of El - translating this passage as "Congregation of the Mighty" - which is Pious Fraud on steroids.
