I never heard anyone make the wrap-around claim you just posted! Illegal aliens who get paid 'under-the-table' in the U. S. take their money in CASH and pay nothing in taxes to our government. The only exception would be in those cases where illegals have been caught, but never deported.

Then, afterward, if our idiot government gives these illegals a tax identity number (TIN), even though they're STILL here illegally, they are forced to pay some taxes -- depending entirely on how they have their 'deductions' declared.

Because they can also qualify for the EIC, so if they are working for cash, their official income that is reported would qualify for them to get a big fat refund despite paying in little to no income taxes.

Some illegals do get paid under the table. Some legal citizens do as well. However, it is still the responsibility of the business to file a W-2 regardless of whether or not they are illegal. You are still required to file a W-2 even if you are employing an illegal immigrant. Some businesses bypass this, but I thought businessman Donnie was going to close up all the loopholes.

go into your HR department on Mon and tell them to change your withholdings because you have 8 dependents, see how much tax is removed from your paycheck every week.

My wife worked in HR year and years ago and this is how it worked, Illegals would max out the dependent so nothing gets removed from there weekly check. At then end of the year when you file your taxes.. Illegals dont
