Compare to the 2020 election map. It looks like a definitive trend to me. The less you contribute to the country, the more likely you are to be a red state. Yet trumplicans call liberals moochers. They seem to have it backwards.

You are more likely to be killed by a pig, than by a shark.

Every time you take a breath, there is approximately a 100% chance that you will inhale at least one air molecule that was exhaled by Julius Caesar in his dying breath.

The mechanical shark used on the movie "Jaws" was named Bruce, in honor of Steven Spielberg's lawyer.

That movie ruined the beach for many people including Spielberg! I can still remember seeing the beaches full but the water empty that summer.

There are places that have upside down lightning, where the strike goes from the ground to the sky.

You can tell because it branches out as it goes up!

and when lightning strikes, we sometimes see Elves, Pixies, Ghosts, Gnomes, and Trolls, as well as Jets and Sprites

    Trolls
TROLLs, (Transient Red Optical Luminous Lineaments) occur after strong sprites, and appear as red spots with faint tails, and on higher-speed cameras, appear as a rapid series of events, starting as a red glow that forms after a sprite tendril, that later produces a red streak downward from itself. They are similar to jets.[29][30]

    Pixies
Pixies were first observed during the STEPS program during the summer of 2000, a multi-organizational field program investigating the electrical characteristics over thunderstorms on the High Plains. A series of unusual, white luminous events atop the thunderstorm were observed over a 20-minute period, lasting for an average of 16 milliseconds each. They were later dubbed 'pixies'. They are less than 100 meters across. They are not related to lightning.[29]

    Ghosts
Ghosts (Green emissions from excited Oxygen in Sprite Tops) are faint, green glows that appear after red sprites, fading away in milliseconds.[31] They were first observed in 2019 by professional storm chaser Hank Schyma and Paul M Smith.[32] No scientific journals exist on these phenomena yet due to their recent discovery, but they have been observed on footage. Their green glow has been hypothesized by its observers to come from excited oxygen atoms, much as how auroras appear green, however, this is unconfirmed.

    Gnomes
Gnomes are small, brief spikes of light that point upward from a thunderstorm cloud's anvil top, caused as strong updrafts push moist air above the anvil. They last for only a few microseconds.[29] They are about 200 meters wide, and have a maximum of 1 kilometer in height. Their color is unknown as they have only been observed in black-and-white footage.[33]

Israel break international law with no planned end to their illegal occupation of Palestine and countries look the other way and even go out of their way to way protect Israel from boycotts and sanctions.

Show me that statistic from a valid source. I don't believe you.

If you are doing a head count. California has far more people that other States and most countries. As a percentage Ca is certainly not the leader. red states are.

California does have a large homeless population because the cost of housing is so high. The poor people who can't cut it need to leave and move to red states.

It is a percentage. In spite of having the highest taxes, CA leads the nation in poverty.

Boasting the largest vocabulary of any non-human animal, Chaser the Border Collie knows the names of 1,022 different items, including 800 cloth animals and 26 Frisbees. A new study has shown that dogs, as well as many other species, have the ability to process and understand words.

    Birds:
In 1995, a budgerigar named Puck was credited by Guinness World Records as having the largest vocabulary of any bird, at 1,728 words.

    Prairie Dogs
Prairie dogs have the most sophisticated vocal language ever decoded. ... By showing captive prairie dogs a number of simple silhouetted shapes such as triangles, circles and squares, Slobodchikoff also determined that they can come up with new calls to communicate to each other about things they've never seen before.Jan 7, 2014

Not long after after Jaws, I was in in the ocean and had a large fish run into my leg. That happens from time to time if you spend a lot of time in murky water. But after Jaws I nearly jumped out of my skin! Even worse, not far off the coast, out near Catalina, someone caught a great white almost as large as the shark in the movie. So we knew they were around.

One time we were on a deep-sea charter boat and someone caught a large blue shark. They often follow the tuna runs. When it was caught it was shot in the head with a 410 shotgun before being laid on the deck. Some time later, maybe two hours later, I walker over to look at the monster up close. About the time I was a foot or so away, it swung over and tried to bite me... and nearly got my leg. We all thought it was long dead!
