And if true, what exactly would they do with those blue pens? Fill in the circle on ballots to change the vote? so how did they erase the original marking? And they did that to thousands of ballots to make a meaningful difference?

They don't change the marking. They can fill in another bubble which spoils the ballot. They take a Biden ballot, fill in Trump, which means the ballot has to be tossed because you can't vote for both.

Doesn't matter if they did it to one or a thousand. Any fraud from an audited is unacceptable and renders the process unreliable.

 

yes in GA vids showing they scanned the same stack more than once at the time that no ballots should have been counted because they supposedly were sent home for the night over a busted pipe that never happened

yes because every district would have different candidates on the down ballot so they would then need to create fake ballots for every district if they also filled in the down ballots

 

when you have hundreds of voting districts and each district will have different down ballots then yes very time-consuming

And that is one of the reasons why you would have an actual audit one that looks at every ballot that the candidates on that ballot matches the district which the ballot came from
