I don't know about them, but I do know that the greatest mind that every existed was Nicola Tesla, and everything we have and enjoy today, was invented by him - even remote control. Most of his patents were stolen by o

What he wanted was to give free electricity to the world so as to end wars. He never managed it, but when Westinghouse asked him to take less royalty because of financial problems, he took out his contract and ripped it up. Otherwise he would have been the wealthiest person in the world, and instead ended up living in poverty for 20 years.

it was a threat, but thankfully it never came to that, Trump and Kim are a lot alike, both like to do things to get a rise out of people, to them, negative attention is as good as positive attention

You're not making much sense now. A bunch of Chinese expats in Canada aren't going to learn Russian and invade the West Coast.

Putin is the one who has single-handedly resurrected evil church-destroying mass-murdering marxist Stalin... even building a recent 'abomination that makes desolate' "church" to deify vile antichrist Stalin - Putin's evil false "god of forces" !

I'm surprised Putin doesn't dig up Stalin's body and return it to Lenin's Tomb where it was removed during Russia's de-Stalinization.

He does more than reminisce. Besides, his current regime is very Soviet-like, but with more of a pretense toward democracy and capitalism.

Tesla's father was a Serbian Orthodox Christian priest and his mother was the daughter of a Serbian Orthodox Christian priest. [Serbian Orthodox priests can marry .]

North Korea was never a threat. The nukes for Kim were self preservation so he wouldn't end up like Ghadaffi.

I doubt that is his motivation. Besides, they've been developing their nukes since the 80s.

Calling other countries elected governments regimes, doesn't make it so either. So what is good for the goose, is good for the gander.

Except one is true and one is false. Russia doesn't have a democracy. Claiming that it does is laughably ignorant or dishonest.

i wont trust a word from foxnews on china, where is the video, i like to see it, is it from Sr. official or from nationalistic fan boy, each country had its right wing extremist, china have those too.
for one, japan is under US nuclear umbrella, 2nd china nuclear doctrine is minimum deterrence, hence they only have 300ish nuke. if they want start nuclear war as 1st strike, they need enough nuke similar to russia/USSR level, they didn't build that arsenal

In your scenario of China's invasion of other regional countries, the main relevance of Taiwan, as far as I can see, would be depriving other countries (most notably nations from outside of the immediate neighborhood, such as the U.S. and NATO nations, for example) from turning the island into a base of operations against the Chinese mainland. Other than that, I fail to see how it gives China any of the other, "clout," of which you speak. Would you be so good as to elaborate on what you had been thinking?

But I find the idea that China would intend to wage a war of conquest against its neighbors-- as opposed to merely seizing disputed areas (e.g., with India) or islands (generally unpopulated ones)-- as unfounded, & highly doubtful. I also find it unlikely that the U.S. would even try to jump into the fray, unless this supposed Chinese agression were against an ally, like South Korea or Japan.

What this really shows-- as shockingly out of accord as it is with world sensibilities-- is what an inferiority complex China still harbors, from its past history. Japan has a much smaller military than it did in imperial times. That "mighty," China should think to use the threat of nuclear weapons, to try to intimidate relatively puny Japan, speaks volumes about its leadership's lack of confidence in its military abilities.

The original video was posted on Xigua Video, which is China's rising video live-streaming and video-sharing platform by ByteDance. It is a user-generated content rather than the official video posted by the Chinese government as Fox News claimed. The 5-minute video was created by military commentary channel "Liujun Taolue" (六军韬略). There is freedom of speech in China to express patriotic views online. I cannot understand what is being said in the video but it looks like a compilation of Chinese military footages compiled by an amateur video blogger.

The issue with Taiwan to the military has to do with island chains and ocean channels.
In a war America can monitor or even control who passes through those channels. But
with Taiwan taken then China can project into the Pacific. And much of SE Asia simply
folds under Chinese influence because it's game over.

With the nearness of Taiwan to mainland China's coastline, I still don't understand why possessing Taiwan would be essential, or even a game-changer, with regard to China's ability to, "project," into the Pacific. Holding the island, as I said, seems to have primarily defensive value (i.e., in preventing any adversarial force from using it).
