In all fairness, it does make postings easier and more fun - we should try it sometime!

If only somebody had invented some sort of thingy where employees could unite together to protect their rights from employers. They could call it an....'employees association'...nah, too long... how about 'employees club'...too mickey mouse...lets see....unite...unite...how about 'union'.

    SOCIALISM!!!! SOCIALISM!!!!

Oh well, I guess employess will just have to do whatever employers tell them. Can't have them use their collective power to even up that power imbalance, can we. Guess Republicans were right all along

...because putting on a seat belt is just like being forced to take an experimental injection, especially when people have natural antibodies and don't need it. Keep supporting Authoritarianism. That's who you are now. You never drew the line and just kept going with the fascists. It's un-American.

You're not following. If you are fired for it... they just made it public. What do you tell your next prospective employer? Thanks for playing.... and you're welcome.

Once again, I am very sorry to hear that your side (as EXPECTED) LOST the Presidential Election.

You have my sincere Thoughts and Prayers.

Anyway, back on-topic to the UA requirement:

Anybody who doesn't like it can move onto another employer...
    ^Problem solved.

You also can't drive while bring impaired. But drinking alcohol is lawful. My liver can filter out alcohol just fine, yet I still don't cry about the laws restricting me to drive while being intoxicated. Public safety matters, not sure why trumpists are struggling with this.

Oh, I'm following. You are stating that a HIPAA law was broken, but it was not. But if I do play along with your incorrect hypothetical, presumably, the fired employee will seek a job with a company that does not require vaccination - because it wouldn't make sense otherwise.

Money talks and Bull!@#$ walks in America. Get over it snowflakes! I hope they do this at my job. The entire call center wouldn't take the vaccine and is now out sick with Covid. I can not stress the amount of money lost.

    .

And... if they are fired for not taking the covid vaccine, they won't be able to collect unemployment benefits.

My POTUS is all but begging the private sector to fire me. It doesn't seem like private decisions.

And do you think that the millions of unvaccinated, unemployable people who can't get government benefits, and possibly food, are just going to retire quietly from society and fade away?

I'm not. Good luck with your plan y'all. I don't think you are going to like the results.

Are you saying that Biden and his administration are not encouraging businesses to fire the unvaccinated?

I don't remember any administration repeatedly telling the public that gay people were stupid and dangerous, and that no one should serve them. If they were, I would be protesting that.

Yes, you can conceal the identity of those who are infected. That's privacy. But you cannot conceal your vaccinated status. Makes sense...

In order to be employed by a company that requires vaccinations, yes, it makes absolute sense.

I only got the flu shot annually in the military. I haven't received one in 14 years. No employer since the military has required the flu shot. Also there is a rational basis for the few vaccines that are mandatory. There is overwhelming evidence that those diseases can be checked. Imo, it is becoming ever so obvious that Covid is not going to be checked by any tools humanity currently possesses.

Yeah, they did not really ask us in the military if we wanted a shot or not, just told us to line up and take it. That is how I got the Anthrax shot.

My wife is an RN, she has been required to get the flu shot every year for the past 10 that she has been working as a nurse

No it doesn't. Amazon has put me at risk by not telling me who received a positive Covid test. They only send out a message that someone in the warehouse tested positive (I've received dozens of these notifications). It would have been nice to know who it was so that if I happened to get a ride from that someone, or I was in the back of a semi all night with them, I could make an informed decision to not visit my mom for a few days.

All in the name of privacy. But now privacy doesn't matter with an unvaxxed. Who is more of a risk? Someone on the floor with Covid, or an unvaxxed? Hypocrites...

My employer only tells us if the person with Covid reporter us as a close contact. But we are all masked and basically don’t even see our coworkers, and only come in twice a week
