    Ok @Cougarbear here it goes:

Many are perplexed as to how supposedly enlightened, western liberals are so welcoming and accepting of Islam and its adherents. After all, western liberals are largely atheists and are rather notorious for being especially critical and intolerant of Christianity and its Christians. So why are liberals so accepting and loving when it comes to Islam and its followers?

    Here is my belief.

It is my belief that Satan, like God, exists and is active and influential in our world. Satan has deceived non-believers into believing that neither he nor God, exists. Furthermore, to counteract the teachings of Jesus, otherwise known as "Christianity", Satan inspired the creation of a counterfeit religion known as Islam with which he has used to deceive well over a billion human souls.

Satan's ultimate goal is to lead away as many people from the truth as possible. Satan wants to destroy Christ's church here on Earth and his followers. Satan also wishes to destroy the Jewish people and their homeland, Israel.

Satan has deceived western liberals, through the trojan horse of "inclusion" and "tolerance" to invite countless numbers of Muslims into their societies. Satan has deceived and influenced western liberals to oppose and persecute Israel at every opportunity. Satan has also influenced many Muslims to hate Israel and its Jews.

Throughout history, no segment of humanity has been as persecuted as the Jewish people. Take the United Nations, I believe they condemn Israel more than all other nations combined. Iran has threatened countless times to destroy Israel and the U.N. remains mute, as do western liberals.

Once you accept that Satan is real and that he is active in this world, then the unlikely marriage between western liberals and Islam finally begins to make sense.

Now, if you don't believe in Satan, nor in God, then you must apparently believe that the universe caused itself to come into existence, which I suppose is another thread.

On a possibly (or not) related note- 'peace' in predominantly Islamic languages and cultures translates to 'a lack of disobedience.' Compared to our 'western' notion of 'peace' which is most commonly accepted as 'a lack of violence.' The 'peace' of Islam is fundamentally authoritarian in nature as it not only allows, but ethically obliges, the use of violence as a necessary means of preserving 'peace'. As we move ever onward toward the consolidation of wealth/property by the elite, the stifling of political speech, political dissent equated with terrorism and attempts to criminalize individual choice that deviate from the will of the mob, it shouldn't be any surprise that that our notion and valuation of 'peace' as a lack of violence would be problematic for the worlds political and financial elites and they would seek to replace that desire for a lack of violence with a desire merely for a lack of disobedience.

Why couldn't a person believe in God, but not in Satan? Why can't a person believe that the universe was created, but not
by the God of the Bible?

Democrat Presidents have sent billions of dollars in financial aid to Israel - not exactly "opposing and persecuting" unless you
have a very weird idea of those two words. The Congress, under Pelosi, has earmarked about $140 billion in military aid
to Israel in the last budget. So unless sending $140 billion is your idea of a "liberal" Congress punishing Israel, I suggest
you get a new dictionary, cause your current ideas are way off base.

They can and do. That's certainly ok with me, not that it matters.

But you just stated that a person had to believe in your God or accept that the Universe created itself. Did you just not
think it out, or are you just so set in your ways that you can't accept any other real possibility?

It's true that Democrats have, historically, been very supportive of Israel, but that is changing. Once the old school Democrats are gone, we can anticipate that younger Democrats will not be as supportive. Take the "squad", for instance.

Let's not forget that Obama, just before he left office, arranged for a U.N. condemnation of Israel and that he ordered his ambassador to the U.N. to abstain from the vote so that the condemnation would pass.

Please also remember that Obama publicly stated that Israel should go back to the 1967 border.

Obama despised Benjamin Netanyahu and was accused of funneling money to Netanyahu's political opponent's campaign.

Obama claimed to support Israel but that was only because many powerful Democrats truly did support Israel. Privately, Obama despises Israel.

I will also add that, in the recent Israeli-Hamas conflict, the Biden Regime initially cast a moral equivalency to both sides when, in fact, it was Hamas that was launching missiles against Israeli CIVILIANS while hiding behind Palestinian civilians. In fact, the majority of Palestinian deaths were the result of wildly inaccurate Hamas missile strikes, something western media was loathe to report.

Perhaps you missed the part where I said "I BELIEVE". Yea, I "BELIEVE" that the universe had both a beginning and a creator. I never said nor implied that there cannot be another "possibility".

Visualize all of the leaves on all of the trees, plants, and blades of grass on Earth as independent universes. That will get you started on how many independent universes there are in our neighborhood. Then fill up our visible universe with multiples of that number. That is an idea of how large the real universe is.

One hundred years ago people thought that the universe was just the visible stars that they could see with their naked eyes. We now know that the visible universe is much larger but we still don't know how large it really is. So, when you think about it, why couldn't there be countless universes just like there are countless galaxies? We will never know but think big, not small.

Christian (if only cultural) love and charity? How else are you suggesting we should act towards our fellow human beings?

I disagree. Many "Western liberals" are Christians themselves after all. They may well be a different kind of Christian to you but it that is an issue for you, maybe you need to address that before you start looking in to any problems of anyone else? Most of the things presented as being "attacks on Christianity" are actually challenges to specific ideas, policies or demands that aren't fundamentally Christian wrapped in a Christian context.

Perhaps, but I'm not sure that one who supports abortion, a grievous and heinous sin, is a "Christian".

How did the Biden Regime respond to the prospect of Cuban refugees coming to our shores? And then what was the response of the left to their response?

Why should Christians welcome people into their lands who claim that Jesus is NOT the Messiah? Even Jesus said, "Let the dead bury their dead". I believe Muslim refugees should be re-settled in Muslim societies. I'm not opposed to providing some financial support but they should probably go to a society that mirrors their language, cultural and religious beliefs.

The left supports Muslims refugees coming to America because they vote Democrat. If they voted Republican, they would receive the same treatment that the Biden Regime recently showed to Cuban refugees, which is, persona non grata.

I don't think that God intervenes directly - if that were the case - God would have intervened already - during the 1000 years of horror for example when the Universal Church was turned into the "Anti - Christ".

Don't understand your liberal trope - as most Dems are Christians - and most Jews are Liberal- makes no sense.. not that the Dems are not "under the influence" - just not in the way you are claiming.

Your claim that Satan is related to the creation of the universe is interesting - no details given.

"The Truth" - Is that Sataniel - "The great deceiver" is not going to show up sporting horns and a red cape - but you seem to believe otherwise.

The Truth - is that the "Universal Church" was about as "Anti- Christ" as you can get .. Islam following the same model to be fair.

The Truth - is that the beliefs of Religious Right Fundamentalists are the opposite of the truth - and perhaps it is you who has been decieved.

That appears to be very much a matter of opinion. Also, on a similar basis, a lot of the Muslims you're talking about might not be considered a "Muslim" by your Islamic equivalents.

America is constitutionally secular so isn't just your land. Most other Western nations are at least socially secular and so don't discriminate on the basis of religious beliefs alone. If you want a dictatorial theocracy, you'd need to establish one somewhere.

And you resent them because (you think) they would vote Democrat, demonstrating that the idea this has anything to do with religious principles was just spin to try to mask your petty partisan politics.

Muslim refugees should be resettled in Muslim societies. It's a much better fit for everyone.

You want to know how fake most liberals are? Find a liberal house that proudly displays a virtue signaling sign in their front yard that says "all are welcome here"...... And just you know take a seat in their yard or whatnot and wait for them to come out and ask you what the hell you're doing and tell them I thought all are welcome here.

Tell them you'll vote Democrat maybe that'll make it okay

Mixing politics and religion to formulate an opinion or mindset, usually ends up with a very volatile cocktail.

Killing one's offspring simply because one doesn't want to be inconvenienced is as selfish and immoral as it gets.

And Christian refugees in Christian societies, Hindu refugees in Hindu societies, Buddhist refuges in Buddhist societies, non-religious refuges in non-religious societies... ? Would we need to segregate the Catholics, Orthodox and Evangelists and the Sunnis and Shias? Would we separate families if they have different faiths? Do we extend this policy beyond refugees to other immigrants and natives?

Or you know, we could not discriminate on the basis of religious beliefs and just treat each refugee as the individual human being they are and seek whatever the best solution is for their situation.

Again, if you want to live in a dictatorial Christian theocracy, you would need to establish one first.

I believe refugees should be settled in societies that best fit their culture. What's the problem with that?

You have no idea of the woman’s individual physical and mental condition, whether she was raped ore if it’s a problematic pregnancy, but you’ll fit her into your little incubator mentality and declare judgment.

    **** that noise, dude.

For a start, refugee status is meant to be temporary and not about settling. Sadly it often lasts longer than it should and some refugees can end up seeking a more permanent status, though not necessarily in the same place they would have sought refuge. The primary aim with regards to actual refugees is find somewhere safe and secure for them. In many cases, that won't be possible in neighbouring countries.

The wider issue is that you're defining "culture" on the basis of (perceived) religion alone, which is simply wrong. The needs of an individual, including the benefits of being in a community that fits their cultural background, goes much further and is much more individual and varied than simple religious labels.

Very true. The Democrat Party is becoming more and more American Communist Marxists. There's always been a few in government like Bernie Sanders. But now they aren't hiding their socialism and marxism. And, we know that communists loath Jews as much as Fascists do.
