Things are getting rough in DC. I’m of mixed feelings about Biden resigning because even though he appears incompetent, at least there’s a chance he might listen to his advisors, but then again there’s also a down side to listening to progressive advisors. Harris, on the other hand, has no experience in anything and will probably do what’s in her best interests and not ours. Plus she’s an absolute turn off, her personality is horrible.

As for Blinken, I’m glad you asked. He should resign rather than be impeached, and if he doesn’t resign then Biden should make him go away. I’m really not in favor of us opening up an Impeachment Of The Month Club as it can be used as a political tool and distraction.

You do not really think the Dems are going to impeach Blinken do you?

    I mean really?

I think the Dems will do whatever their polls tell them to do.

    Resign, Fired or Impeached:

Department of the Indefensible: Who Decided to Close Bagram Air Base and Why?

“Gen. Austin ‘Scottie’ Miller was the commander at Bagram. Based on Biden’s requirement to pull all U.S. forces out of Afghanistan by date certain, and with just 2,500 troops to work with an no room for any additional deployments, and with the embassy as the priority over Bagram, Gen. Miller faced the task of planning for it. The Biden administration’s priority was the embassy, so Miller drafted a proposal to close Bagram and concentrate defensive forces on the embassy. His boss, CENTCOM Gen. Frank McKenzie, greenlit that plan, then it went to Washington, where Gen. Milley, SecDef Austin, and the Biden White House all were briefed and bought in. Bagram would close. The die was cast.”

These guys are acting like Biden insisting on stupidity lets them off the hook, it does not. As they all showed during the last President, they are more than capable of leak storms and resignations and prior to the actions that has cost lives and put so many at risk, we got neither.

    Resign/Fired or Impeached.

Of course trumpers are trying to flip the script now. Just as they like flip reality on its head every chance they get, they like to flip the script on Democrats every chance they get, ergo cries to "impeach!" even though there is no reason to do so.

Trump and Pompeo created this mess when they decided to negotiate a rapid US withdrawal with the Taliban and exclude the Afghan government entirely, anyway, and if it had been up to them this would have happened months sooner under no better circumstances.

Very big of you to admit there was a script. It does appear that Dems will be getting a taste of their own medicine!

Biden's Bagram Blunder, Little Big Horn and Pickett’s Charge as among the biggest military mistakes in American history.

There is a discernible difference between impeachment as a political football(the Trump era) and this gross universal neglect of American `interests. Honestly, there shouldn't be mixed feelings or debate. To continue to allow the upper echelon to exist as it is, is to put American national security at risk. If we had a UK no confidence vote, what do you think the polls would say right about now?

I want to see generals fired, cabinet members fired, advisors fired, and even Biden's speech writers fired. That would make me respect Biden to some degree. But I won't hold my breath. Only in government do you move up the ladder even while making major mistakes.

It’s a fashion trend started by the left. Not only did they scream about impeaching Trump from day one, the left, specifically Harris, want to impeach Kavanaugh.

Trump was impeached by only Democrats and some did not support it.

Yeah, there’s literally no chance of republicans impeaching anyone right now.

This is a non story. Was Reagan impeached or asked to resign for the attack on the barracks in Beirut?

Presidents are not impeached for making mistakes, ever.

They are impeached for abuses of power and corruption, and that would be Trump, not Biden .
