You can argue, ineffectually, Trump didn't commit a crime in making the call but you can't claim the call didn't happen and maintain any credibility whatsoever.

You can argue, ineffectually, that Trump committed a crime based on the testimony and alleged "notes", but to pretend its an objective fact that a crime was committed based on testimony and perhaps even fake notes is idiotic and removes any validity your argument would otehrwise have..which is very little.

The reality is, Trump never committed a crime. If you had evidence he would be in jail...yet you dont.

You might want to consider he is rightly refusing to accept blame for everything (which is what Repubs are accusing him of) while pointing out withdrawals are by their nature cause for recrimination, somewhat chaotic, and far from perfect.
