Perfectly serious. Do you think laws should be different for short people and tall people too?

That's not comparable at all. Do you read your posts before you click "post reply"?

Printed media and social media are inherently the same. One is simply faster. Now... can we do without the childish insults? Oh, wait, you can't. You're a Democrat.

    Re:
Are you for or against such laws that are so blatantly undemocratic and in violation of international law?

If there were any truth to the standard holocaust narrative, it would not need such totalitarian protection measures?

The truth welcomes honest examination and open debate while a lie can only survive under repressive censorship laws.

    Re:
Did you know that only about 1/3 of the world's population(1) actually believes the standard holocaust narrative(SHN) as marketed by the fraudulent Holocaust Industry - Lobby(2), (3).

Refusing to believe the profit driven SHN has nothing to do with anti Semitism or pro Neo Nazi sentiment. I simply feel that the German people have been slandered and extorted enough for crimes they did not commit.

Rejecting most of the SHN is simply the ability to separate fact from fiction and recognize that today's physically impossible claims are no less fraudulent than the earlier lies about shrunken heads, human skin pocketbooks, human fat soap, human skin lampshades and "newly invented vaporizer."(4)

Since this subject is off topic, we could continue to discuss it at the thread: "About the Holocaust" in the Middle East section of this forum if you like.

    Thanks,

I have been to Dachau and seen the ovens... the gas chambers. Dachau was essentially the "school" used to train the SS that would staff the other, larger death camps like Auschwitz and Sobibor. The first time I visited Dachau a memorial service was being held for a female British spy that was brought to Dachau in an effort to terrify her into talking. She was burned in the ovens without talking.

The first time I was stationed in Europe it was south of Frankfurt. We did our annual weapon qualifications on a range that had a large wall at one end. Before the death camps were built, the site was used to eliminate Jews by lining them up against the wall and shooting them.

I grew up walking distance from the Bronx where many older Jews lived... the numbered tattoos still on their arms.

Printed media and social media are not the same. I'm not a partisan. It's kind of strange that you accuse me of using childish insults followed by a childish insult.

    So, who said otherwise!
Yes, 85% of the personal income tax cut went to people making $400,000 a year.

Undemocratic? No. Violate international law? No. Am I personally opposed to these laws? Yes.
I've been to Dachau. You have no clue if you think the Holocaust didn't happen.
Naïve. Lies can and do survive with a free press. Trump proved that.
I never discuss the Holocaust with deniers.

You are the only confused one here - not able to figure out what posters are saying so you infer that they said something you make up.

Try posting without accusing the other of things they did not say.

    Re:
Making a pilgrimage to a grisly holocaustian theme park hardly validates the stories about shrunken heads, human skin pocketbooks, "newly invented vaporizers"(1), electrified conveyor belts(2) and other props used to dazzle gullible tourists.

    .Re:
I don't deny that the holocaust happened. It's just that I, like most people who look at the holocaust rationally and objectively, do not believe that millions of human bodies can completely disappear or that the Germans are guilty of many of the crimes they are accused of committing.

My experience has been that people only refuse to discuss topics when they are incapable of defending their viewpoint.

These industrialised slaughter belts, we can assume took the passive cargo directly from the “cattle cars” and electrocuted the hapless victims without struggle then disposed of the evidence in Nazi furnaces. One can only guess at the “special devices” for killing children. Somehow visions of Willy Wonka’s Chocolate/extermination factory spring to mind."CONTINUED

Are you saying Abbotts law does not force social media to allow politicians to use their platform?

I'm sorry, but that is the sole purpose of the law, so I am not sure what it says about people like you sho support something so vehemently without understanding the issue.

I never heard of DNC Gazette.

Yes, 85%. Rural areas generate 15% of US economic output and metro areas generate 85%, and they are almost exclusively liberal. Even in your State, which you know very little about, the big liberal cities like Houston, Dallas and Austin are the economic powerhouses, while the rural folks are typically recipients of government handouts.

    Top-5 cities by economic output:
    - New York-Newark-Jersey City: $1.8T.
    - Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim: $1T.
    - Chicago-Naperville-Elgin: $689B.
    - San Francisco-Oakland-Berkeley: $549B.
    - Washington-Arlington-Alexandria: $541B.

Today, large US cities have more weight in the US economy than do large cities in any other major region. In 2010, 259 large US cities generated almost 85 percent of US GDP

https://www.mckinsey.com/~/media/Mc...CONTINUE TO DRIVE GROWTH,85 percent of US GDP

You got screwed because you don't get much tax reduction beyond an initial hit unless you make big $$$ and now have to pay your share of the increased national debt.

    1) it does not force all social media companies stop selective censorship
    2) It does force the SM Oligopolies to stop selective censorship
    3) The purpose of the law is to prevent free speech - information- press violations that are currently occurring.

You made up a bunch of other nonsense that the law is not doing - extending it out to unrelated companies - expanding the scope.

So Rosa Parks shouldn't have been allowed to sit at the back of the bus with government intervention?

Blacks shouldn't have been able to sit at the lunch counter with whites?

    This post is ridiculous.

It would be like saying Jim Crow laws shouldn't have passed as its an intrusion into free markets.

You mean they only target certain companies? You know that kind of government targeting makes it even worse

It puts the authoritarian government boot on throats of private companies and forces them to make their property available to ruling party politicians free of charge. Only a communist or a fascist would support such nonsense, but here we see all populist republicans rally around it. Germany in 1930s and 40s didn't nationalize industries either, but they did force them to do what the government told them to do.

You are either ignorant or in denial.

Abbott is dictating to social media, and you are loving every second of it. The only thing you'd love even more would be a complete government take-over.

Jim Crow laws mandated racial segregation in all public facilities.

Republican laws mandate private companies to make their property available to politicians free of charge.

How do the two compare again?

So, two entirely different legals standards. I'm not surprised you don't understand the difference. My front yard isn't a commodity utility, is it. Perhaps you just learned something.
