Wow, how clueless can one be? A leftist such as yourself thinks its shameful that Newsmax has politicized this personal murder tragedy? You know what the largest and ongoing politicization of a personal murder tragedy was in American history? Try to think back to last summer as to the amount of politicizing leftist America did over the murder of George Floyd. His death divided our nation like no other event (thanks to lefty America), among racial lines, among defaming-degrading police, among radical violent mob gangs like BLM and Antifa, which also led to the utter destruction of Dem led cities across the nation. And you're upset because you think Newsmax is politicizing the murder of an innocent woman? WOW...just WOW!

 

George Floyd was just living his life when he was killed. Ashli was being a terrorist and invading the capital. Very false equivalence. You should be ashamed of yourself. And what a tremendous use of hyperbole you used to describe protests of his death. We outta send you off on a raft. Lol

Then we'll see what happens. If the facts support their case they'll get a result. If not? the shooting gets confirmed (yet again) as lawful given the prevailing circumstances. As for whether she 'knew it was dangerous' (to do was she was doing - i.e. breaching the door)? We'll if she expressed any opinion/concerns one way or the other on the subject they don't seem to have been recorded anywhere so claims either way are just speculation.

Although oddly if she was reluctant to enter the breach and some of the other participants in the riot who were with her at the time urged her on and 'assisted' her through against her will then her parents might have a stronger civil claim against them than they would against the Police. Albeit the Police Department would undoubtedly have have deeper pockets which, when it comes to civil 'lawyering' is always an important consideration.

I believe this is what the Democrats have done hundreds of times when she comes up. They fabricate their own story.

 

I will say that I do not believe you have been in that enormous building. How was she to harm others. She was not large and had no weapons at all.

 

She was an acclaimed Air Force veteran and in the military racists are weeded out.

 

She was with a mob and there’s such a thing called mob mentality where you’ll do things you normally wouldn’t.

 

I guess that explains why the cop gunned her down in cold blood. He was part of an armed mob ready to kill with no provocation.

 

No they were the mob and if they had got in our senators would’ve been killed. You don’t need weapons to kill people. The cops were outnumbered. Fortunately the rest of them were cowards and didn’t want to die the way she did. Shooting her deescalated things.

 

You know something? Killing Floyd deescalated things at that corner.

 

Well that's the problem with US politics in a nutshell isn't it.

Far too many people on both sides of politics are more interested in twisting any narrative to fit their personal belief system than they are in sitting back and waiting to see what the facts actually show. In this case some of the right are tying to paint Babbitt as some kind of a hero or patriot executed by the State while on the left she's being turned into a right wing extremist bent of violence and plotting sedition. Do the facts actually show she either of these? That's the key point.

 

Not really. It set off nationwide protests. How awful of you to say such a thing. I at least gave you reasons why killing Ashley deescalated things. She was rioting. He was just living his life.

 

By herself you are probably right. The problem is she was not by herself.

 

One person's hero is another person's terrorist. It just depends which side you are on. Mostly, however, things are much more nuanced when looking at the details. No person is ever 100% good or 100% bad.

 

Why didn't the cops shoot to kill George Floyd when he was so violent?

 

By your approval, you must from this day on, approve cops killing unarmed people who are not in the presence of the cop, female, white, and protesting. I hope you understand your responsibility.
