LOL I read about that the other day. When the police won't arrest the thieves, they then use the fact that the stores don't bother calling them as "proof" the crimes never happened.

The crime isn’t isolated to just big box stores as the criminals are hitting up parked cars for whatever is inside them. The second link below reports on prosecutors quitting the DA’s office in Frisco and joining the effort to recall the DA.

San Francisco families no longer 'feel safe,' hire private security amid crime spree
More than 150 families living in San Francisco have hired private security to patrol their streets amid brazen property crimes, with some saying they no longer feel safe in their own neighborhood.

"We don’t feel safe in our neighborhood," resident Katie Lyons, told CBS SF. "And we have an alarm, we have cameras on our property, but we want the extra security of having someone have eyes on our place."
    …..
"It’s a nice area down here, people are afraid of what’s been going on," said Byard. "They want a safe place to raise their kids. In the last year, I’ve had 10 of my clients move out of the city."

The cops are under no obligation to protect anyone or their property.

Gonzales, the supreme court has ruled that police agencies are not obligated to provide protection of citizens. In other words, police are well within their rights to pick and choose when to intervene to protect the lives and property of others — even when a threat is apparent.

nope, it's a comparison, just say, yeah, that was bad when Trump did it too, and move on, simple

its people getting defensive and wanting to attack anyone for daring to even bring it up, fact is, anytime someone does what Trump has done in the future, his name will come up

just like when Trump did something like cage children, the right brought up it happening under Obama, works both ways

    1) Don't visit SF...
    2) If you can't afford private security in your neighborhood, move if you can.

    ^Problem solved.

So clearly democrats hopefully have the ability to learn, and as more businesses and people leave due to laws not being enforced...they will have to get a bit less woke and grow up? Get a bit harsher on criminals regardless if they may be predominantly black and deal with the problem.

Not a chance. A lot of the liberal pet groups fought and clawed their way to be at the top of the pyramid of victimhood; we have gays, trannies, women, illegals, browns, yellows, Muslims, and your basic everyday criminal. But no matter manages to get to the top they will never manage get there as often or spend as much time at the top as blacks. It must suck when your biggest achievement as a group is to be nothing more than victims, and that’s exactly how the left wants it.

These people have been presented with what an old boss of mine used to call an "opportunity to excel." They are free to create a drug store CO OP just like the hippies created food CO OPs back in the day.

I remember when no self respecting hippy in the Washington DC area would shop at Giant Food (aka Giant Ripoff) or Safeway (aka Pigway).
