I think they probably will take a plea. This would be like so many other rioters who got off easy. This would not bode well for maintaining order:
I understand that prosecutors often offer plea deals to keep court time and costs down along with winning a case they had no guarantee of winning. But they have these violent blm terrorists dead to rights, there is no reason at all to offer them a deal unless they support the blm terrorists. Now I'm really curious to see what this deal is, I'm guessing anything more than probation would be considered racist.
