    Of course it's a vow of poverty. It cannot NOT be. When you exist in a common purse collective, there is only ever enough to meet the material needs of members. No 'surplus'.

    If these ****ers are not existing in a common purse collective, they are not socialists. They're capitalists playing you for clout.

    Except you're wrong. The US is a socialist country. Social Security. Medicare. Medicaid. These are all socialist programs. Yet not everyone in the US is living in poverty.

    US has far less socialist programs than other countries. Denmark is the second most socialist country in the world compared to China. Do you think the CEO of Lego is living in a mud shack? The answer is no. And neither are the rest of the Danes. The per capital GPD of Denmark is $60,170. The US is $65,297.

    1) No they are not socialist - not even slightly! These are all capitalism funded programs. They could not exist without capitalism.

    2) Denmark is entirely capitalist.

    You don’t seem to know the difference between socialism, and social services. You can’t have a market based economy, and be considered socialist. Socialism is a actual economic theory where workers own the means of production. Do you really see that happening anywhere in America?

    Why does being socialist preclude you from buying a house?

    There are plenty of billionaires in socialist countries. In fact, economical mobility (the ability of people to increase their income) is greater in countries with strong social programs like Norway than it is in the USA. The more economically unequal a society is, the less economically mobile are its people.
