Ronald Reagan is this nations best all time president. Trump can't tie his shoes compared to Reagan.

I see what Biden does virtually daily and the man is not competent.

It was Trump's childish, four year old spoiled brat behavior that defeated him. Not Biden nor his policies. It was his uncouth very rude persona that caused folks to dislike him. One doesn't expect that out of a president. So politics and policy took a backseat to personality which Trump stood little to no chance.

Had he the personality of a Reagan, maybe a Bill Clinton or an Obama, Trump may have waltz to reelection. But he didn't, his persona turned off the majority of voters regardless of what they thought about his policies. There's a lesson to be learned here, but somehow that lesson is lost on most Republicans.

 

At that time there was no strict separation between Reps and Dems. It was more about Unionists against the non-USA movement (Confederates). The latter embraced slavery and lost the war. The good always win.

That's correct. BLM people exaggerate a lot. There is certainly a bit of racism in America today, but not so much to justify violent rioting.

Reagan gave weapons to Saddam Hussein and negotiated release of prisoners with weapon exchanges to terrorist organizations. There are arguments showing he is responsible for the creation of Al Qaeda.

His administration had more documented cases of corruption than any other president in the history of the United States, up until trump.

His tax policy is directly responsible for the collapse of the middle class and the wealth divide that had never existed to such extreme levels in the US.

He robbed Social Security to pay for his failed policies, repeated known lies and ignored a pandemic spreading across the nation.

Why am I not surprised you believe he was a great president. And trump does absolutely compare to him — but I think history will judge trump much more harshly.

 

Yeh, it couldn’t have been him bragging about sexual assault — numerous cases of adultery, fraud, embezzlement or him offering to pay the legal fees of his supporters that attack liberals.

Actually those jailed who worked in some capacity for the white house or one of the agencies is really slim pickings. So many were overturned by courts of law.

Horse and sparrow policies were fully embraced by the right and not fought against by the left. It is ultimately both of their faults, but one of them was the cause.

 

When I seen Trump's childish name calling and throwing of temper tantrums well be the first GOP primary back in 2016, my mind was made up about him. I didn't need any media or anything else tell me that this guy wasn't quite right. It amazed me to see the GOP nominate a 7 time party switcher who had been a Republican for only 4 years and had donated tons of cash to the democrats previously. But since I'm not a republican, that was their business.

I do think you give the media way too much credit when Trump by his spoiled brat behavior deserves it all. Most folks don't like anyone to behave as Trump did. Some could over look his childish antics and 3rd grade schoolyard bullying tactics, others couldn't. Due to those who couldn't, we now have Biden.

As to Reagan giving free hospital care, why don't you understand how laws are made?
Presidents do not make laws. They can either say yes to Congress or no to Congress.

Tip O'Neil promised to Reagan things and then denied the things.
I rank Reagan the top of all presidents based on studies by me and other scholars.
Reagan was attacked daily as was Trump. Trump however waged war right back. Reagan did it different, thank god.
