White Texas Property Owner Avoids Arrest After Killing Moroccan Driver

Wait... SNL is supposed to be a comedy show? I thought it was a paid advertisement for the DNC. Of course, I could be wrong, haven't watched that crap in at least 20 years.

 

So has anyone explained why the race of the people involved matter?

According to the affidavit, Turner told deputies he had gotten up to use the bathroom and while crossing the living room and foyer of his home, he opened his front door and discovered Dghoughi's car with the headlights off parked in the driveway. Turner told deputies he ran back to his bedroom, got his handgun and ran back outside, at which point he said Dghoughi’s headlights turned on.

Turner told deputies the car started to rapidly go in reverse and he chased after it, the affidavit says. At the end of the driveway, while next to the driver’s side window, Turner said he hit the window twice with his gun and then shot through it. He then went back into his house and called 911.

The story also mentions that he told the 911 dispatcher that Dghoughi had pointed a gun at him before he shot, but apparently no guns were found in the car.

 

Well, his own statements are likely to convict him. Unless there is evidence that suddenly comes to light, like the guy picked up a quarter off the driveway before driving off, I believe a conviction will occur. There was nothing in Texas law which I see would make this shoot justifiable.

 

I'm still not sure the shooter knew the vicim was Moroccan:

 

It had all the 'facts' a radical Democrat needed to know: some guy who was white and owned property was involved in a situation where some other guy who wasn't white ended up dead.

White-hating liberals and their minions feast on stories like this as examples of just horrible and 'bad' the whole white race is....

Suggestion: if they hate white people so much, they should avoid all contact with us as much as possible... we'd both probably be MUCH happier....

 

You say so, but don't prove so. They arrested lawyers waving around their guns at BLM who were trespassing. Guess who pleaded guilty to what....

No excuses are jumped to, since the cops claim to have no clue why he killed a black man, but have let him go.

He doesn't need a lawyer, since he's not even charged with something. They just let him go on the argument that they don't know why that white thug just killed somebody of color. That will do. Imagine a muslim just killing some white person with the argument that they just let him go because they don't know why the muslim killed a white person....

Hence he doesn't need a lawyer.

 

A Moroccan isn't white.
