The Wyoming Republican Party will no longer recognize Liz Cheney as a member of the GOP in its second formal rebuke for her criticism of former President Donald Trump.

The 31-29 vote Saturday in Buffalo, Wyoming, by the state party central committee followed votes by local GOP officials in about one-third of Wyoming’s 23 counties to no longer recognize Cheney as a Republican.

The RINOs continue to be expelled from the GOP.

Cheneys approval rate is similar to Kamala Harris and she will be primaried next year.

That's alright. Real conservatives will no longer be recognized as Republicans. Instead the Republican party will soon go by one of their two new names, the GQP or Trumpublicans.

I see some fascinating precedent setting legal cases that could flow from this.

What was her horrible crime again?
Jim Jordan let people get molested, he still gets to be a Republican.

I think it was not doing her job. The Left thinks her job was to spend 24/7 attacking Trump but that’s actually not true.

I don't like it. I used to be a Republican and I'm not sure I'd like knowing that they wouldn't have me because I am still not a Trump fan. I have no problem telling people that I voted against Hilla more than I voted for Trump. Then again, the DNC would like me even less, I suppose. Also, I'm in California where, if I wanted to return to the GOP they'd take me in an instant. Everyone here is - different.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that if you wanna grow your party more, you gotta accept that people aren't gonna all think alike. That's pretty much what is dooming progs atm: You step outta line in just one area and you're cancelled. The GOP should learn from the failures of the progs.

This doesn't even qualify as news.
Cheney has been persona non grata (among the Wyomijg GOP) for awhile now...

Of course, she WILL be primaried...
That is a revelation about as surprsing as tomorrow's sunrise...

I think there is far more diversity of opinion amongst Republicans and thats not the issue.

The issue is repeatedly voting against the party platform or how they first presented themselves.

Dick Cheney was supposed to be Conservative, turned out to be a RINO just like W, just like McCain, just like Michael Steel who was on Joy Reid the other night, just like Romney.

And on that note, the party head is still Romneys niece. She announced today that a 4 term democrat congresswoman just switched to the Repulican party.

To some Republicans that sounds like good news but I see it as a red flag. She will vote like a Democrat when its best for her or where its against the MAGA agenda.

On that note, Trump is still highly popular with Republican voters. His approval is in the mid 90s. But as far as the dem and RINO establishment is concerned he is STILL the outsider that scares both parties.

    Hes the unknown.

Liz Cheney voted 93% in favor of Trump's policies during his term.

But MAGA's like you don't give a damn.

What matters is devotion to Trump, not policies.

Tear each other down, the GOP will only be weaker and I will be more delighted.

What matters is the MAGA agenda and it should worry you because MAGA endorsed candidates are largely successful when they run.

Trump may have introduced MAGA, but its become dominant in the Rep party.

When you smear a Conservative who voted 93% of the time for Trump's policies, it's obvious that the MAGA agenda has nothing to do with it.

What matters is devotion to Trump.

Trump has turned the GOP into a cult, and I can only be happy about that.

You're aware the progs and (relative) centrists are having their own civil war in the DNC right now as well? It too is becoming weaker.

I mean, I can hope for a complete splintering of all political parties. It's nice to dream.

I could say the same about Manchin and Sinema. But the Republicans just vote them out instead of chase them into a bathroom or wedding.

    It's the apocalypse.

Maybe in 2024 a majority will vote for a Republican POTUS, which would be a first in 18 years...

You could say the same if Biden smeared them on Twitter, called them traitors and promised to support candidates against them in the primaries.

In the meantime, your point is BS.

Its kinda funny, but it doesnt really change anything. Doesnt matter what letter is in front of her name on the TV, she's still a globalist establishment corporate shill that hates individual rights. And shes certainly not the only 'R' in that boat.

Wyoming Republican Party Officially Disowns Liz Cheney
    [IMG]
"When she launched her war against President Trump, she completely broke with where we are as a state..."

She's supposed to be a representative of the people of WY, but instead she is dedicating to punishing Trump for telling the truth about how badly Bush/Cheney conducted themselves in the second Iraq War.

You like her? You can have her!

Given how its been longer than that since the media functioned as a check on the govt, and instead has served as democrat propagandists that would be quite impressive.

If Cheney and Bush were RINOs than clearly HW Bush and Reagan were as well. So pretty much all republican presidents and presidential nominees since 1980 are RINOs in your guys books. Am I correct? See why we find it strange that you say you are for a diversity of opinion and yet you repudiate the whole GOP pre 2016. Cheney until she stood up against Trump was considered on the cery conservative side of the aisle. Its just that the right has shifted so rapidly that she now seems quaintly retrograde. Curious to hear your opinion on the people I sited. cheers

Yes. JFK was more republican than any of them and he was a Democrat.

...Reagan got off to a pretty good start until he got shot. After that he kept up the excellent rhetoric but basically did the opposite. I think he had good intentions, but after being shot he was just too afraid.
