Sleepy Joe does not know what state he's in, much less how the government is running. He is a figurehead, a titular leader, and very embarrassing at that.

 

Who's tricked? I have seen clips of President Biden stumbling through a phrase or sentence. (The man has a life long speach impediment, that he's done a great job of overcoming; btw) I'm sure, the "media" you watch plays his stumbles in a non-stop loop. But the vast majority of clips I see of him speaking he's composed, WIDE AWAKE, and does respectable job with his delivery.

And I was accurate saying he is the only person presently entitled to execute the Office of President.

 

I suppose if we applied Occum’s razor the answer is Joe Biden and Biden’s first term. Obviously that’s not the right answer for the rabbit hole of conspiracy addled brains.

 

Who's tricked? Quite a few early on, with a 30% approval rating, it appears about 70% of the electorate now realizes they were tricked. I never have and never will vote for Trump, but it's clear that the elections were stolen in several jurisdiction.
