Hey, guess what? Testimony at Ghislane Maxwell's trial by the victims showed that this woman who claimed that Prince Andrew molested her actually took part in recruiting underage girls for money for Epstein just like Maxwell and received a $500,000 payoff from Epstein to keep quiet. She was purposely not called as a witness in Maxwell's trial because of this. So it seems like extortion is her business.

She accepted the $Half Million as complete payment and agreed:
How she is going to argue that Prince Andrew is excepted from that?
It's sworn testimony from the Maxwell trial by a young victim that Giuffre, as an adult, recruited and in exchange for money, sexually trafficked her. Essentially is evidence that she guilty of the very conduct she accuses others of. In our system we have a very deep tradition that one must have clean hands to accuse another of having dirty ones.

I think Prince Andrew has two layers of significant defense here. And another thing that is just my observation:

She looks quite a bit healthier and much happier with life in the picture with Maxwell and Prince Andrew than she does now.

I think when Epstein “committed Suicide”, all of these bastards were able to ride off into the sunset.

Agreements not to talk about crimes are not enforceable.

Sounds like an investigation should be done and if Giuffre's past statements show there is traction there it should move to a grand jury.

FFS. 1) most people look better at 17 than they look at most other times in their lives on balance. The exception is some men who get better looking until they hit about 50 or so and then start to decline. Saying she looks better and happier at 17 than now is not saying anything at all. Particularly given the accusation is that she's had to live with the stress, shame, etc of abuse by a pack of child molesters. 2) Her looking rode hard and put away wet and a bit chunky now is immaterial to whether or not she was molested.
Its a rather disgusting viewpoint you close with.

She was no child when she took the money and agreed that ended all actions.

Again: The accusations at least are that the innappropriate and actually criminal sexual relationship the men including andrew had with her started prior to that age.
And those would be crimes which no you can't enforce an agreement promising never to tell about.
Consider: A man rapes a girl from age 14-17. At 17 he gives her some money and she signs a form saying she won't narc on him.
Why the **** would that be enforceable?

Contrast that with what NDAs are for: Trade secrets, whether or not you cheated on your wife, etc. Things that are not crimes you're being paid to conceal.

You made this same claim previously, no one is claiming she can't talk about it. She has filed a civil action against the Prince, that appears to be in violation of the agreement she made in exchange for a sizeable sum. This was an agreement she pursued, agreed to, and accepted payment in exchange for agreeing to forego exactly this action she is now pursuing.
It's not a criminal matter, it's a civil matter. Why would a Grand Jury be involved in a civil matter?
It's not that she looks "better", it's that she looks significantly happier and healthier, I find the contrast striking.
Nonsense, the world is full of women who look radiantly beautiful happy and full of zest at any age.
Not me, I keep getting better, though it's not noticeable to me, but, all my friends and even sworn enemies comment on it.
Your view seems deeply infected with ageism.
She was 17 at the time and under NY law, the statute she is pursuing this under, of the age of consent, she was not molested.
No it's not. The difference is striking. She looks much happier, healthier and engaged in life in the picture with Maxwell and the Prince than she does now. The observation may bother you, but, in all your objections you never denied it, rather you offered alternative explanations for why the observation is true, not that the observation is untrue.

I doubt this ever gets before a jury, but, if it did, I'm not the only person who will notice this, so, you're welcome, now you are prepared for it.

This is not a NDA. It is a Deed of Compromise/Discharge/Indemnity and there was valuable consideration on each side. She cannot eat her cake and have it as well. It is either the half million or the Discharge on a fair's fair basis. She gives the money back and then she can have an argument about whether the Discharge is enforceable or relevant to Andrew. If she does not give that money back, she gets stayed if it was Judge Bush Lawyer presiding.

On that other point of yours.....this is not a criminal rape case. It is civil as I am sure you know, seeing as how it seems you are a process server. She was a willing party to the sex....apparently underage in whatever State this occurred. As an adult, she took her 30 pieces of civil silver. Tough titties for her. Maybe some State Prosecutor will have a go at Andrew, eh? Even then, given the Bill Cosby precedent, it seems these civil discharges also operate effectively in criminal prosecutions over there???

Any agreement she signed was with epstein. She owes no duty to anyone not particularly named in the agreement and who did not sign the agreement.
Again: These agreements are not enforceable.

If she turned out minor children as an adult, that is most certainly a criminal matter for a grand jury to consider whether or not there is probable cause to bring charges.

Again: Most people are far healthier and happier at 17 than they are a dozen or more years later having been molested and in the media etc. That she looks less happy while being followed by paparazzi as a grown adult used hard and put away wet is immaterial to whether or not a crime was committed and its a disgusting position you espouse.

My view seems to pose that because she is smiling and seemingly enjoying the affections of a john while being pimped out and used for blackmail material in a photograph by a pack of criminals and looks less happy being followed by paparazzi as an adult having gone through all the normal bullshit people deal with going from a child full of potential to an adult whose potential has come and gone in addition to the whole being pimped out thing, does not mean she was a willing participant or actually happy in the blackmail photo. Do you think strippers like you too? You realize that prostitutes, whether willing or forced, tend to put on a happy face for the john so the john doesn't either beat the **** out them themselves or have the pimp do it? You understand that women being paid or coerced into sex by a pimp will pretend to enjoy themselves?

Again: The meetings with andrew took place at times prior to her being 17 and in various jurisdictions where the age of consent was violated.

Epstein would have standing to do that as he was named party and he paid her. She owes no duty to persons not named in the agreement and who did not sign. You cannot enforce contractual rights as a party on a contract you are not named in and did not sign, or which rights you did not acquire by operation of law through inheritance (if the contract in question survives death and will descend of course). Tough titties for them.

IDK how it works where you live, but here in America we have this thing called statutory rape and its strict liability. Did you stick your dick in someone underage? O you did? Jail, right to jail.
They were enthusiastic about it? Jail, right to jail. You paid them? Extra charges and jail right to jail. Your buddy got them to sign a document admitting same? Extra charges and jail right to jail.
On the civil side: Did you stick your dick in someone underage? O you did? Damages right to damages.
They were enthusiastic about it? Damages right to damages. You paid them? Extra causes of action and damages right to damages. Your buddy got them to sign a document admitting same but it doesn't name you and you didn't sign it? You can't claim rights under that agreement and you're ****ed.

Most of all, it's a civil case. The UK flat out can not extradite it's civilians to the US for a civil case. So Prince Andrew can just ignore the verdict if he feels like it. He can not be made to pay when he is in the UK. And the police in the UK itself looked at the case but can't make a case in the UK and subsequently dropped it. So they can't make a redo in the UK.

    So, have him charged criminally.

Andrew is a party in the civil Discharge, not by name but by description. She took the money as an adult. End.

If there is some substance then where is the criminal investigation and criminal charges? For him or any of these alleged other persons? I keep waiting for something with all the conjecture about rich guys flying to some island. If ANY one did or participated in what Epstein and Maxwell did they should be facing criminal charges then civil charges.

It think the FBI talked to over 40 women in the investigation, 24 were possible take the stand witnesses, 4 were called. So all those women and none of them also named other persons? Where are criminal investigations of other people, men or women? I just find it curious there is nothing more seeming to being done. I the weight of opinion I have listened to or read is that if Maxwell had anything to proffer she would have done so pretrial.

Says you, I'll wait for the Court's decision.
Fake News, many people are quite happy a dozen years after 17.
Well, again, we'll see when the pleadings are filed.

It's crazy that she may now get a mistrial as 2 of the jurors had sexual crimes committed against them. Having Comey's daughter as the lead prosecutor may really pay off in no named powerful pedos and Maxwell potentially walking.

Her lawsuit against Andrews is over, justice demands it. However, a criminal case could still be brought against him.

Tbh they should have just done that from the start.

She has NO case whatsoever, she's just dragging this out in the hope of a payoff. It's pathetic.

True. On the other hand she has filed a lawsuit against other people in the past as well. Prince Andrew isn't exactly her first target. There is something to be said that she's not filing lawsuits against everybody at the same time. But it does look iffy to just not combine this with other people who were there. Either way, she won't be winning a thing with this if she wins the case. It will end in sobs and tears that the duke can and so will not pay her millions in damages.

Do note. Some Americans killed a person in the UK and immediately ran to the US with their diplomatic immunity, refusing to return and go to court. The best that was offered was that the parents of the victim had to go to the US, get a hug and a kiss from the murderer while the US government pays them off, so they can f-off to the UK again.

Problem is the Royals actually MAKE money for Old Blighty

The royal family may cost a mint – but they bring in much more. ... Overall, in 2018, the British royals contributed £595m via tourism, merchandise and the arts, while costing £165m. This, apparently, makes them 18 times more profitable than Belgium's royals, and an amazing 29 times more than the Spanish monarchy.

I've been called an illbred, immoral waste of skin most of my life and noone ever paid me a penny for it.

The question is, is this agreement legal or does it conflict with established law?
The idea that you can pay off someone to never mention crimes seems to me to be contrary to the spirit of western law.
But it is up to a judge to decide.
