    Not my source. Read back.

If you still don't know it was about BLM.... lol

Thing is also, that Kyle openly fantasized about killing people who he suspected to BLM looters prior to going there. And afterwards he was having a great time with proud-boys... a violent neo-nazi group, who he flashed WP gang signs. That's why the right wing embraces him. Let's be clear about that.

The point was made that the Dems believed this. I did ask where the prove is. But it's probably fascist fake news.

Sigh. Call someone a fascist and declare victory. Really?

Seriously, I'd appreciate if you put a bit more effort into your replies. My point was many liberals/progressives/socialists, including the author I cite in my OP - along with all her proofreaders, editors, paginators etc - believed Rittenhouse shot black people. Anecdotal as well as factual evidence suggests the leftist author wasn't alone in this.

Why is this? I believe, as I pointed out, that the leftist media coverage made up racial aspects of the incident, leading many people (again, including the author) into assuming this.

If you wish to debate me, you seriously have to do better than simply calling me a fascist. Perhaps you can provide articles from leftist rags such as the Washington Post or NY Times that clearly refute my point. I read left wing media along with right wing media, which is why I'm far better informed than many liberals/progressives/socialists.

Do you disagree that leftists shun most media that isn't included in their echo chamber? If not, show me.

I'm looking forward to your improved efforts in this thread...

Is this coming from a person who called others to be socialists, who live in an echo chamber? Pfff

You indeed are making that point. And I'm calling you out on that "many" theme. You got no poll to prove that. This is fake. An alternative reality, like living in a world where you right wingers think Donald won the presidential race.

Kyle got drunk with them neo-nazi's in a pub. Kyle got caught flashing white power signs. Kyle got caught openly fantasizing about killing people who he suspected of looting during a BLM rally. Kyle killed people during a BLM rally.
That makes it so that there is a racial aspect of this. It's so obvious that this isn't up for debate with me... for the just incase you're trapped in your fascist echo chamber.

Making things like this up is doing nothing for your credibility, and hiding from those fallacious assertions when asked for evidence is trollish. Why keep this up?

    A) As far as I have seen, he had a beer with his Mom. Don't know that would be considered getting drunk. If you have further information, please present it.
    B) I haven't seen any evidence that the guys he was in the photo with was neo-nazis. Proud Boys aren't neo-nazis.
    C) OK is not a white power sign
    D) Saying that you would shooting rounds "at them" (looters) is not the same as fantasizing about killing people. He also made not mention of their race.
    E) Kyle killed white people that were trying to kill him.

    No racial aspect.

Why is the color of the people KR shot important, are some colors worth more than others? Only a person who sees people of different colors as somehow being a different type of human would care what color they were and only if they were trying to stir racial turds.

Bring that so called prove to the judge who already altered the bond conditions because of that WP sign.

    A) we got him being happy with a group of men while being drunk. So you're just lying that those men are his mother.
    B) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proud_Boys: The Proud Boys is an American far-right, neo-fascist.....
    C) It's a 4chan joke where the sign means White Power. Them nazi's were doing that "joke"
    D) Ah.. shooting rounds with your AK has indeed no intent to kill anybody. And so what he didn't mentioned a race.
    E) you're not telling anything new

    It's oozing with racial aspects.
We're even discussing it right now. :handshake:

Court records show Rittenhouse was drinking at the bar with his mother, Wendy Rittenhouse, about 90 minutes after his Jan. 5 remote court hearing, where he pleaded not guilty to two counts of first-degree murder.
Show me where he was drunk
Neo-fascist does not equal neo-nazi. They are far right but even then, i'm not sure why people believe they are fascist.
    Definition of fascism
1often capitalized : a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition
2: a tendency toward or actual exercise of strong autocratic or dictatorial controlearly instances of army fascism and brutality— J. W. Aldridge

I have seen no evidence that this group wants to install a dictator. Just because they clash with the fascist anti-fascist group antifa, doesn't mean that they are fascists. In my opinion, that tells me that they are not fascists. They certainly have a different opinion of who is oppressing the black population and I'm sure that you object but reading it, it seems that it just a different opinion and not an oppressive opinion. Maybe I feel that way because it aligns with my own. I don't see the black population as a bunch of victims that are unable to help themselves. They are smart enough and able enough to get through life without rich white people helping them and treating them like babies. You probably don't agree with that notion either. Does that make me a neo-fascist? If so, I don't care.

My opinions come from trying to read outside sources like BBC and Al Jazeera which has surprised me as being a pretty well balanced news source. If you have sources that tell a different story, and isn't Wikipedia or The Rolling Stone, I'll be happy to read it.

    He did not.

His decision had nothing to do with any fictitious hand gesture

Yeah. His bail conditions got altered, by adding that he wasn't allowed to meet far right wing nationalists.
And here you claim it has nothing to do with Kyle making white nationalists gang signs.

    Totally convincing indeed.

I am not going to do a bunch of busy work for you and your ilk can get your jollies by ignoring, deflecting and liking each other's posts of complete and total tone-deafness about what minorities face in this country.

If you really give a damn, go volunteer in a diverse neighborhood and try to pay attention. If not, I don't care. And, cut it with "pulling the White race card". You people don't get to have some double-standard about when and when not to determine if discrimination exists because you are not the one living in a society that disenfranchises you every day of your life. Get over yourself.

I absolutely and completely disagree with you. I will accept the possibility that some people hanging around a water cooler chatting about the news and each of them spent about 5 minutes thinking about it. That's plausible. It's even plausible that some people were hanging around another water cooler and got those details correct. Not likely, but possible.

    What is NOT possible is...

Person A submitted a book proposal,
    had it reviewed and approved,
    interviewed people,
researched the life and times of Rittenhouse,
sat down in coffee shop sipping whatever nastiness people order in coffee shops
    drafted an entire book,
took a couple of days to step away due to writer's block,
repeated that process about 4,876 times, nasty coffee and all,
over the course of X <however long it takes to write a book>,
submitted the edited rough draft for review,
a proofreader went through it with a fine-tooth comb,
    sent it back for revisions,
reworked it, tweaked some bits here and there,
    submitted it to an editor,
    sent back and polished up,
sent it to the corporate attorneys for final approval,
sends the whole kaboodle to the printers
    and then the book binder,
and then shipped out to retailers as stated in the contract

and NOT ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE REALIZED THAT THE MOST IMPORTANT DETAIL WAS WRONG.

There is a huge Grand Canyon size hole in that.

"Fact checking" is what writers of non-fiction do for a living. It is those people's bread and butter to get it right. There is absolutely no way in hell this was a mistake. Seriously?

And yet you can’t name one way in which blacks are explicitly discriminated against by the government today. Again, I can name multiples of ways in which whites are explicitly discriminated against by the government today.

you know why you can’t name it? Because it no longer exists. Because WE (white people) got rid of it for you. What did you do to thank us? You started advocating for racist and discriminatory policies against whites.

So please spare us your hyper-whining about how discriminated against blacks are. Individual discrimination against EVERY race will ALWAYS exist and it’s an impossibility to legislate it out. What we do is legislate it out of government policy.

But apparently the black population is full of jaded, selfish, entitled, perpetual victims who take zero responsibility for their disgustingly absurd violent crime rate or the deleterious condition of their communities and blame LITERALLY EVERY PROBLEM THEY HAVE on white people.

I’ll grow up as soon as they start learning some personal responsibility and accountability and stop blaming me because they suck and are complete and total failures dependent totally upon the white people they despise to give them handouts

Not all of them obviously but enough of them that they can’t pull their communities out of their perpetual victimhood mentality.

He made no such gang signs and the judge made no mention of any gesture.

A right wing nationalist is not by definition a white supremacist.

Your premise is a massive epic failure rooted in outright lies and that is an irrefutable fact

He did not alter it because of any gesture which is just an OK sign.

It was not a Wp sign that is fact

    No need to.

    He already agrees

He did not alter anything because of any non existent gang sign.

It is not a gang sign that is proven settled fact

So it's a so called "fact" that the judge altering the bond for Kyle, banning him to see his white nationalists gang, when eyeballing the WP sign... is all a coincidence.
    Got it.
