The only time Wikipedia should ever be used as a “source” is when the subject matter is 110% non-political. For example… looking up the history of a certain automobile or something like that. Outside of that, it is as clear as day that Wikipedia is completely ran by libs. Go read Obama’s page. He’s seen as the second coming of Jesus Christ. Then go visit nearly any Republican figure, past or present. Nothing but allegations and crap flung in their direction. Wikipedia is garbage.
Couldn't've said it any better myself! I've also used Wikipedia to look up Musicians/Bands and their discography and stuff like that (again, completely non-political subject matter). When I was in grade school and high school, we were not allowed to use Wikipedia as a source for anything, and for good reason.
Oh well. We all make stupid mistakes and sometimes have to learn things the hard way, but the important thing is that you learned.
And I'm happy that you are! Logic would suggest that as time goes on and more people get vaccinated, the percentage of those afflicted with Covid and are vaccinated will rise.
~ This " vaccine " does not immunize. Infections go down with immunizations . Glad you are here as well
the concept was promising and works for subjects that don’t have a political undertone. Then the left took control. Now it’s like watching MSNBC. Just delusional.
The left has to politicize and pervert and ruin everything it touches. And the people on the left act like sources like Wikipedia is Gospel and they act like there's no bias at all to it. Even a damn fool can see that it's biased unless of course you yourself are biased
I'm old enough to remember when a vaccine was defined as actually being able to prevent you from catching whatever it is!!! Which anyone born a year ago could remember that if you know a one year old could think and remember such things
That's not what I was talkiing about. Not a big deal, but over time, the percentage of people that both have the vaccine and get sick from it will go up, because the number of vaccinated will go up. The big "tell" will be when the infections rates steadily drop. The vaccine doesn't prevent infections. It minimizes the effect, and over time, minimizes the spread because people won't be as sick as long to spread it, but it all takes time. I think we will all eventually catch Covid or variant, the health system is only trying to minimize the effects. The best way to handle it is, obviously, arguable. Some politicians may feel an actual sense of responsibility and make the most conservative calls.
