As I understand it she's not getting any money herself.
Andrew is paying all courts costs and donating to her charity for trafficked girls.

Andrew Duke of York, (maybe should be called Duke of Dork) Ought to come clean about his sex abuse and not have to lie about it. I don't think He's being honest with anything he says about this sex abuse case he's involved. I think Andrew ought to go prison like Sing Singm or perhaps go to San Quentin in California where he belongs and be put there for a long long time, I had a grandmother who was a fan of the Royal Family. She would not like what has been going on with the Royal Family one bit. I don't know if any member of the Royal Family has ever gone to prison or will there ever be. That's all I'm going to say for now.

 

In my opinion it's the way it is worded. If there was only going to be a charity donation there would be no point in stating that the sum was an undisclosed amount as any charity donations would be publicly listed on the charity accounts. Court costs are also publicly listed I believe.

If so, we don't actually know if Andrew is giving her some money as well. If she is for-going cash, then kudos to her.

My take on this? Her case started falling apart once it started getting near court, she always hoped he would pay her off big time but once we started getting close to the court date and his lawyers started chipping away at her story she decided to settle for far less and he decided to go for it.

 

Except the Prince was not a party to that agreement and in many jurisdictions he would have no right to enforce it.

I say he was, but a US Judge did not agree with me. Some people may have forgotten that you won the War of Independence.......with some help from the Frogs.

 

Most likely to have been pressure from within the Royal Family and from Andrew's lawyers.
A sordid trial during the Queen's platinum jubilee celebrations would have been unacceptable.

Indeed. One can only hope his dalliance was worth it...as he has lost a fir bit ......including losing his standing with the Royal family. He did not do himself any favors in that interview.......(where he lied and defended his friendship with Epstein )

So, Bill Clinton? Al Gore? Bill Gates? Katie Couric? Alan Dershowitz... etc, etc? How did Prince Andrew have intercourse without consent? IF she is telling the truth then she was willing and 17? She seems to have been "groomed" very well. Extorting royalty......... is rather empowering We don't know what happened.......... but Randy Andy should have been smarter than to involve himself into such a situation..........with red flags all over the place. Now that she is famous....... she can set up a "specialized'" career of her own. (and she must have plenty of start up funds now too)
