The science says the cloth and paper masks people wear are ineffective. Only the N95 masks have any hope of avoiding viral spread. There is no reason to continue the practice of wearing them. They don't matter.

Yes, it does make him a di$k for not wearing a mask when he was asked to do so to protect a respected colleague, who is more at risk for covid. I am astounded by the length to which righties go to excuse this inconsiderate behavior. Felling uncomfortable? LOL! I do a lot of things that are uncomfortable to not be a di$k. Sometimes, I feel the urge to pass gas in a meeting room, because the gas makes me uncomfortable. Do I do it? No, I rather suck it up, or excuse myself to go to the nearest bathroom. Wearing a mask for an hour is NOT hard. Everyone can do it, even Gorsuch. He just doesn't want to, because he needs to make an ideological point not befitting to a SC judge. Nope. I merely asked a question. All other things being equal, I think Gorsuch should have masked up. But my question was whether all other things were indeed equal. That seems to have made you uncomfortable.

No see here’s the problem.

If two people disagree on a subject and have two opposite and conflicting desires such as one person wants other people to wear a mask and the other person does not want to. There is no person objectively in the right. It’s personal preference of one person over the other.

Gorsuch did exactly the right thing because the lives of people who aren’t cowering under their masks should not be forced to be restricted by those who are terrified of leaving their house because they might get covid.

She, like the rest of the people terrified they might catch covid, should stay their scared asses at home and imprison themselves and restrict their OWN actions due to their fears and not force that irrational fear on everyone else who have lives to live.

She had the option to stay home in her nice little self-imposed prison and do her job. She did so. That’s exactly what should have happened.

His colleague who sits over a dozen feet away ffs. She didn't need him to wear a mask, they're properly socially distanced and everyone in that building has been triple and quadruple vaxed.
