Prosecutors "in a decent civilization" would not give government officials or Big Business executives a pass when they commit 1st degree murder.

“First Degree Murder: Definition In most states, first-degree murder is defined as an unlawful killing that is both willful and premeditated, meaning that it was committed after planning or "lying in wait" for the victim.” http://criminal.findlaw.com/criminal-charges/first-degree-murder-overview.html

You never made a point. You made an absurd comment about this doctor passing out sugar pills as some kind of proof the doctor just got lucky.

I said the doctor could have handed out sugar pills and got the same results

I have lost all hope in hospitals. Seems like any institution that functions at the behest of a large comittee has completely gone off the rails into state worship. Private practices are going to be the medicine (and everything else) of the future for anyone who doesn't place their full faith in govt and big pharma.

You think people being hospitalized with Covid would have had the same results with sugar pills as they did with medical treatments?
    Are these magic sugar pills?

I agree. Our first hint was when the government put a bounty of Covid paying out extra cash for every patient labeled as Covid positive.
    That was a historical first.

her patients were not hospitalized from what I understand, they had just tested positive - other than the one that died maybe

someone earlier said she was a ENT

Of course you have some proof of this?
I doubt it. You never really do. Usually you will deflect over and over because you get caught making stuff up.
Which I am sure is the case here.
Or you could provide your source for this.
But you won't because it doesn't exist

she only mentioned that one of her patients died, she does not mention how many hospitalized, so I assume zero, but I could be wrong

So you don't know anything. How could you even assume such?
She worked at one of the largest hospitals in the US treating Covid patients and you just assumed none of them were hospitalized?

it always gets me that people leave this out

the monoclonal antibodies is the key here, that should be the first thing mentioned

"“She is helping her patients, through a combination of monoclonal antibodies and other drugs"

How could you come to understand, that over 2000 Covid patients being treated in one of our largest hospitals, without a single one being hospitalized.
Since you proclaim all the time about our hospitals being clogged with unvaccinated.

She worked in the ENT department not covid ward.

From the link in the OP
"Bowden, who worked as an ear, nose and throat doctor at the hospital, announced her resignation Monday evening on Twitter."

there is a difference between visiting a ear, nose and throat doctor at the hospital and being hospitalized

the issues at hospitals is all the patients taking up beds, not the out patients

you mean if they were also prescribed "monoclonal antibodies" along with the sugar pills?

"“She is helping her patients, through a combination of monoclonal antibodies and other drugs"

I would say it was the "monoclonal antibodies" that helped the patient, not the sugar pills in that case

So you don't think the patients taking up beds are hospitalized?

Nobody but you claimed she was using sugar pills. You did. Yet another one of your assumptions like hospitals aren't hospitalizing Covid patients.
