You first because my assertion has been sourced many, many times. Yours, not so much......in fact, never.

Yes, yes I do. OJ, Zimmerman, Rittenhouse. Justice is blind and sometimes outright stupid.

No matter how hard you try to avoid the fact, Humpty is 100% responsible for his tax returns even though they are prepared by another. That other gets their data and instructions from Humpty.

    Re Item 4. No yet.
Re Item 5. Of course they will not. They will assume, as they are entitled to, that the information given to them by their client is correct and truthful. They do go fact checking clients.
    Re Item 6. Absurd.
Re Item 7. Likely correct, and equally irrelevant.

LOL, lay out all the wonderful things Joe-Joe has accomplished ;) You know, there is a reason why this site and the Leftist post almost exclusively about Trump :) And then all they have is complaining about the right posting about Brandon and his utter failure's because they have NOTHING to counter with ;)

I didn't say Joe has accomplished much. He's gotten a few things done but not much but the point is Trump did do anything. Like his whole life. He was born on third base and thinks he hit a triple. He came into office with everything going fine and turned EVERYTHING to crap. And blamed everyone else.

I have no doubt Trump is liable for his tax returns. Of course he is. But how many DAs have you come across that could even read a 1000 page tax return and know all the IRS code it would represent? I have never even heard of one. They would have to hire an outside resource to audit those returns and provide their report based on the report they are given. Best of luck in that folly.
And since the IRS isn't making any claims over the last 5 years with the left and the media screaming their fake tax evasion claims for 5 years, not to mention how many in the IRS hates Trump, it wouldn't be very reasonable to think there is some IRS claim waiting in the wings. In fact, its ridiculous to even suppose it.

Not to mention this is the same DA who thought Trump falsified his own property tax to defraud state revenue meaning she didn't even know the only person liable for Trumps property values for tax purposes is the state tax assessor. Not to bright.

    lol

Take note, if you're found Not Guilty, according to 'ole Roy here, you still are if you fall on the wrong side of the political spectrum.

Presidents take an oath to "faithfully execute the Office of the President of the United States". This is a pledge to properly perform the three jobs the presidency combines into one: head of state, head of government, and commander in chief. In the second part, they promise to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States". Trump was a serial violator of his oath—as evidenced by his continual use of his office for personal financial gain—but focusing on three crucial ways in which he betrayed it helps clarify his singular historical status. First, he failed to put the national-security interests of the United States ahead of his own political needs. Second, in the face of a devastating pandemic, he was grossly derelict, unable or unwilling to marshal the requisite resources to save lives while actively encouraging public behavior that spread the disease. And third, held to account by voters for his failures, he refused to concede defeat and instead instigated an insurrection, stirring a mob that stormed the Capitol.

No, those three are still guilty simply because they are.

It's called sarcasm. But the Democrats are poised to lose bigger in the upcoming mid-term than they did in 2010. We have Joe "Beijing" Biden and Congressional Democrats to thank for that.

Biden has already been investigated by a GOP led committee. They found no wrongdoing by Joe.
