So a repeat-offended, would-be cop-killer is out there on the streets right now because race-obsessed wokeology.

This is just one of the countless reasons why Biden's upcoming radical far-left SCOTUS nominee needs to be blocked. Leftists are simply incapable of administering proper justice. Further proof of this pattern: http://www.politicalforum.com/index...ile-facility-thanks-to-progressive-da.596513/

There is another issue with Biden's prospective nominee. If this nominee is nominated because of race and being female, which is unconstitutional, how can she rule on constitutional issues in a fair manner?

Another example demonstrating how additional gun laws are no solution to our "criminal problem".

New York's Chief of Police just recently gave another speech about how: "We need to get these guns off the street." but, apparently he's perfectly happy with the current "Catch-and-Release" policy when it comes to murderous criminals.

We frequently hear from anti gun individuals that anyone who has a gun stolen should be held responsible for crimes committed with that gun. I don't see why anyone who bails out a murderous criminal should be any less responsible for that criminal's subsequent murderous acts.

Funny how when Trump nominated, he said he would only accept nominees from The Federalist Society, I didn't see any of you claiming that prerequisite was unconstitutional ?

DAs and judges are far too protected from the liability of their decisions. That needs to change in situations like these when the decisions aren't based on justice or public interest but on political ideology.

And the SCOTUS has previously upheld that denying bail is Constitutional. Google the names Julian Khater and George Tanios with respects to the context herein; attacking police and bail. Get back to me with your thoughts.

New York is no longer a place to go visit. I am really bummed, because my wife and I wanted to go stay for a week, catch a bunch of Broadway shows and see the city. We've decided instead to go to the Florida Keys. If New York fixes their problems, I would certainly want to go.

Here is just another example of the insanity of the New York City Justice System.

Quote from wife of slain NYPD Officer at his ceremony.

"I know you were tired of these new laws, especially the ones from the new DA. I hope he’s watching you speak through me right now. We are not safe any more."

Probably, the SAME way that Clarence Thomas (who was chosen over many vastly superior candidates, only b/c he was Black) did.

And, totally LMAO at anybody who thinks that Biden's Nominee is not a Lock to be confirmed.
She has as much chance of being turned down as Neil, Bart, or Amy did.

16 year old rapper who shot a cop will strike gold with the crowd he's trying to attract. And who posted his bond for him? Surely a 16 year old street thug doesn't have that kind of money.

Maybe if people made some attempt to actually look into the facts of the case, instead of firing off BS (before even checking into things)--Simplististic Questions like that (with obvious answers) wouldn't need to waste bandwidth.

Bronx prosecutors asked that the teen be held without bail at his arraignment last week, but Boyle set bond at $250,000.

Williams reportedly planned to use an advance on his contract with Interscope Records to post the $15,000 in cash needed to secure the bond.

    Any more questions? :bored:

    :roflol:

Sorry. A Major FAIL on this one.
Was an attempt even made to find out the details of the case?
Beyond just going along with a BS Narrative?:bored:

    1) The Gun went off accidentally.
    2) It was not intentionally aimed at the Cop.

Police said Williams was arrested after cops from the 48th Precinct responded to reports of an unruly crowd at Lorillard Place near East 187th Street on Jan. 18.

Williams refused to take his hands out of his pockets and got into a scuffle with cops.
During the struggle, a gun he was holding went off,
with a single bullet striking and wounding NYPD officer Kaseem Pennant and hitting the teenager in the groin.

So, in what disjointed universe does a Gun going off Accidentally make this Perp a "Would-Be Cop Killer"?
    Misinformed Hyperbole, Much?:bored:

So if I read this correctly...Williams was holding a gun...struggling with police because he was disobeying an order to remove his hands from his pockets and the gun he was holding "accidently" goes off while he's fighting with the officers?

Is that what this story is about? I mean...you posted it.

Here, I'll save you the trouble of responding because I know what you are going to say. "Sure Toughtalk...he purposefully shot himself in the groin!". No...I think that part is absolutely an accident. I think wrestling with the cops while armed with a gun and refusing to let it go is not an accident.

What if the gun "accidently" went through Williams groin and into the cops skull. Would that be an "accident" considering he's currently armed and fighting with the cops?

If you are currently armed and wrestling with the cops...there is no accidents. "Dude, I didn't mean to stab the police officer...he just fell into my knife while we were fighting!"

As you know, H.W. Bush never said his selection of Clarence Thomas would be based on race. Biden on the other hand has said his nomination will be based on race and sex.

Soon NY State will have to issue concealed-carry handgun permits to anyone who is a law-abiding citizen, no arrest record, and wants the permit.

Hopefully we will start seeing more stories of bad guys getting shot by good guys, and criminals will go into hiding.

Or.........NY could turn into the wild west. We shall see.

Does the Constitution address the Federalist Society?

with very specific requirements to deny that bail.

You cannot deny bail based on what think someone might do. The constitution is clear on that. Its much easier to look back to make the right decision, than it it to look in the future and make the right decision

Can you explain how the constitutional right to bail works and where in the Bill of Rights it is found?

That's not why he was nominated, he was nominated because he's about as supportive of government power as its possible to be and still be looked at by the federalist society.

Evidence for that claim. Do you claim Trump said he would only nominate a White Male? If Biden was smart he would have just nominated a Black Female without his race pandering announcement that he would nominate a Black Woman.
