I love when people "fill in the blanks"......

I swear sometimes I come here just so other people can tell me what I think and feel and what my thoughts and opinions are.... It's just so much easier than doing it for yourself....

OK. You earned whatever the Chinese are paying you to attack people on a forum.

Please don't reply to anything else I ever post. You don't get to call me name and disrespect me just because you think you're right. We're done.

It's par for the course, the modern day version of "triple dog dare you" sort of thing.

Not sure what your point is. You're getting way ahead of the investigation that is underway. Can you wait until the report comes out before accusing Boeing of any wrong doing in this accident?

You're not looking at it the right way. One is a random 'one off' event, the other is a potentially much bigger problem. Do you want to know with reasonable certainty that the deaths are restricted to this 130, or live under the cloud of knowing hundreds of other plane loads of people could be in danger of falling out of the sky?

What is way ahead of the investigation is to claim "China" isn't following "safety protocols" ... and so basically saying China is to blame for it, before anybody even reached the crash site. That is what is mentioned in the OP. And my point is that it's just so wrong to make that outrageous claim out of nowhere, that I am adding it's probably a racist theme behind it.

But you do seem to be blaming Boeing for this accident. Why?

Why not? They knew their product was crap and kept a lid on it till 100's of people died. The same people still work there without a care in the world.

We get it. Everything is racist to you, it's in all of your posts and it's impossible to take you seriously.

"their product?" Which one did they know was crap? The 737 Max is not the same design as the 737-800 which crashed in China.

I also wrote "The same people still work there without a care in the world."
A doctor would have been kicked out the hospital and barred his profession for life if he did that to 100's of people.
But at Boeing, they still wrok on all the other designs and give them upgrades and maintenance.
So the problem could just as well be there. It even could have been a bomb, or a suicide by a pilot.

It remains so that the OP jumped the gun to blame all of China that they are not following safety protocols.
It simply is ridiculous post. It's either dumb and/or out of hatred against the country and/or it's people.

I addressed that in the post your replied to. Mechanical and electrical problems can be found and fixed or the planes taken out of service.

Yes, one might be afraid that a *specific* plane might have mechanical and/or electrical problems and could fall from the sky.

    The formula would be:

Total number of planes in service
    - All the planes that are not the same make and model
    - All the planes that have had the problem corrected
    _________________________________________________________________________
X = Number of planes that can potentially fall from the sky (this number IS lower than 100%)

A suicidal pilot and/or co-pilot that nobody suspected is no different than the hijackers that boarded planes on 9/11. They slipped through the cracks. What if one or both of them decided to take the plane down in a heavily populated area? Or targeted the seat of their government? Or, loaded the plane with dangerous chemicals so all the rescue workers were harmed in their search for the plane and survivors?

    The formula would be:

Total number of planes in service
    - zero
+ anybody else that could be harmed depending on how/why/where the plane went down
    ________________________________________________________________________
X = Number of planes that can potentially fall from the sky

Yeah, I like the odds of the findable/fixable problem.

You get no argument from me on how the FAA and Boeing handled the 737 Max but to blame them on this particular crash without evidence is no different than the OP blaming China without evidence.

Me pointing out that the blame just as well could be Boeing is only an argument to show how the assumption of the OP is jumping the gun and so fundamentally wrong. We all simply do not know what happened. And when somebody forges that into it must be China, it ends up to be not a fact, but only a dumb opinion with a racist theme around it.

china air safety has come a long way from 90s, its on par with US standard, their last crash like this was in the 90s, where their safety wasn't good as now.

beside the nose dive from video meant something else is going on. plane just dont nose dive like that even if something is wrong.

I remember the first time I flew on a domestic Chinese airline. The pilot came on before takeoff to make the customary announcement. I thought, "OMG the pilot doesn't speak English!"

UPDATE: This is revolting. Not entirely unexpected but I hoped that I was wrong.

I don't understand why people can't understand that "life issues" are normal and seeking help is NOT a "bad thing".

I fired an employee a few months back because she was out of control in her personal life. She adamantly refused to go to counseling and I would be shocked if she was alive two years from now.

We (not you, global) have to stop stigmatizing mental health services. It takes courage, commitment and self-respect to say "I need to get this sorted". That is the only way we can stop all these mass shootings, murder-suicide missions, random acts of violence. People can't seek help if they are boxed in. That formula never works.

Why not? Crashes are much much rarer than fatal auto accidents. Do you go on the highway?
