    What about the radicals in power in the Biden Administration?? Referring to Maher's reference to some GOP members speaking in tongues, how about Kamala Harris' speaking in tongues??

    Dumbed down. That’s a unique way of putting it. For a very long time I have viewed both major parties as being dumbed down to where both just want mindless robots in their party to follow the dictates of their party leaders without any individual or free thinking. Anyone who strays from those dictates, thinks a bit on their own, both major parties try to get rid of them. Hence, we have the shrinking of the two major parties and the continuing rise of independents who are free to think for themselves without being told what to think by party leaders.


    An individual free thinker, one who thinks on his own, makes up his mind on his own scare the Hades out of both major parties. The parties can’t control someone who can think on his own. I suppose in the end, it is all about control. Dumbed down, yeah, that may apply. But to both major parties.

    This is a good example of fake news. This is why people on the right talk about biased media so much because even though this story was debunked years ago, @Surfer Joe and many others of his ilk still believe it.

    Arizona man drinks poison and dies. Media blame Trump

    Well, maybe not. Missing from the news headlines about this Arizona tragedy is an important and relevant fact. The couple did not in fact ingest the “common malaria drug” Trump had referred to. Rather, they drank an industrial chemical used to treat sick fish because they saw “chloroquine phosphate” listed among the ingredients and thought it was basically the same thing.

    So to reiterate, the substance they ingested was not the drug Trump referenced, but rather a chemical “listed on a parasite treatment for fish.”

    So now, Trump apparently needs to clarify that people should not drink poison.

    Also, these dummies were one of you guy's.

    The Democrats are either insane or they are out to destroy this country.

    Biden comes on TV and warns us of real food shortages in the near future.

    Then he opens up the border to refugees.

    If we don't have enough food to feed ourselves how in hell are we going to feed the hordes who are fleeing food shortages in their own country?

    Time to seal the border up tight.

    It was not debunked, and your article only confirms they took the chemical based on what Trump had said.

    Yes it was debunked. It wasn't even close to the same chemical. They were anti Trump Democrats. Or at least the wife was. So I don't believe that they took anything based on what Trump said.

    The answer is yeah. I think the worst part is that the GOP is encouraging intelligent people to dumb down as well. Do you honestly think some of the posters here would make the same arguments 10 years ago? Or do you think their arguments would be better and more sophisticated?

    Nonsense! I was a Republican and am still conservative in many ways. And while the left can drive me nuts, the right has gone right over a cliff. They are often fanatical. They are out of touch with reality. They are filled with rage over imaginary claims. And they are dangerous. They put a common criminal and two-bit thug in charge of the worlds most powerful military. And they have all but destroyed my country.
