Biden's America reminds me of the dystopia societies you see in sci fi movies.

This brings up another point... Why are prisons segregated by gender? I would love for a leftist to exercise some mental gymnastics here. Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.................... Trump!!?? ****ing morons.

So what? This part of the article bothered me more:
Ten prison guards are facing criminal charges for an alleged assault on inmates, including a transgender woman, in January of 2020.

It's kind of funny how it corrupt our prisons are and how NO ONE is willing to do anything about it. In just about EVERY prison, you can find just about any drug you would want with in a day or so. The only way their can be SO many drugs in prison is corrupt guards bringing them in. Sure, some get in through visitation and mail, but the bulk are guard transported. Regarding the assaults and sex, it's a level 4 sexual misconduct charge for guards who sleep with prisoners, but yet it still happens way too often. That's often how the guard gets caught up in bringing drugs into prison.

A quick Google search reveals that the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women has been plagued by corruption and mistreatment of inmates for years. If I didn't know the OP's posting style, I would say his slant on this story is a bit shortsighted.

How do we know those that are pregnant are women? Who consulted a Biologist to get the answer?

Personally, if I'm ever incarcerated, I'm going to be screaming "transgender!" all the way to the women's prison

From the article, it says "The women were not identified, and it is not clear if they were impregnated by one or more of the 27 “transgender women” who are housed in the state’s only all-women’s prison." Notice it is not clear who impregnated the women at this time. It could be male security guards or it was rape by a transgendered person. If the transgendered person was in the male incarceration facility, they too would have been raped as well.

I’ve known former convicts who said the same, it was easier to get drugs in prison than on the street. Also heard stories about guards instigating race wars/fights by putting inmates of different races in the yard together when they knew they were at war at the time. They have no choice but to fight or risk being attacked by their own.
A couple folks having consensual sex barely registers as an issue when you know how prison really is.

How confident are you that the sex was consensual?

Oh yeah. Florida "jit" camps (Youth prisons) are nickednamed gladiator school because basically the guards would force inmates to fight. Guard's actions lead to inmates getting killed.

You should start a thread on prison guard abuse of prisoners, sounds like a great discussion.

    This one is about

    "
Two Inmates Pregnant After ACLU Lawsuit Brings ‘Transgender Women’ to New Jersey Women’s Prison"

And this is just one prison.

No you dug deep into the link, the OP did not say anything about prison corruption as the OP.

    Focus now and thread subject.

If only there was a method, a scientific method, a scientific method that is universally accepted to determine if a person is a man or a woman. If only human being had chromosomes.

I did. Consensual prison sex isn’t new. I’m ok with making them get abortions.
