Directly from the article: "Fuller later repeated his original claim, saying that "I do believe that Black people are superior."" Even if we were to accept your claim that its not racist just because he said he would "love to live" your argument still falls short because he straight up said "I do believe that Black people are superior." without your qualifier.

In any case, your qualifier does not work. If I said "I would love to live in a world without blacks" that would be considered racist (rightly so). If I said "I would love to live in a world where blacks are taught that they are inferior" that would be racist (rightly so). Adding the words "love to live" does not make something racist, not racist.

And there was no consequences listed in that article.
