Are even half-witted American politicians beginning to realize the reality? :roflol::roflol::roflol:

I have actually advocated for not just sanctions on Russia but sanctions on anyone who buys Russian oil. The stance I think we should take is much larger than what others have advocated for.

Oh yeah! Russia gets the effect - after the imposition of sanctions in Russia, the rapid growth of its own industry began, new jobs appeared, revenues from export operations increased ..... etc. You look at the exchange rate of the Russian ruble - it is growing every day.
So, yes, the sanctions have had a certain effect on the Russian economy.

In this case, you should be in favor of imposing sanctions against the United States. Because the United States increased the purchase of Russian oil by 43%. And by the way, the United States lifted the restriction on the purchase of Russian fertilizers, and also lifted the ban on the sale of telecommunications equipment and software to Russia.

Yes, this is a beauty of democracy, everyone can freely express his/her opinion without a threat of 15 years of jail. Is Yellen right? Only the future will tell.
In Russia it is different – people are afraid to express their opinion, no free press. This is the reason Russian soldiers food rations were expired –people were afraid to criticize the corruption in the army. Many tanks and other military vehicles were deserted because military gasoline was sold on private market .
Why Putin expected the war in Ukraine will finish in a few days? Because he spent millions of rubles trying to bribe Ukrainians, but the money did not reach Ukrainians, it ended is Swiss bank Biesiada accounts.

Which may explain the sudden pandemic of “suicides” among Russian Oligarchs

Wow! I can do 15 years in our country for saying something which our governmemt don't like? It looks that learned about our country from Pravda magazine or other Russian media. Can you show me any example when it happened?

Russia is not much different? Lets make an experiment:
Go to Russia and say in a public square:
Russia attacked Ukraine and Russian army is killing civilians.
Go to any democratic country and say on a public square:
There is no war in Ukraine only Special Military Operation and Russia is not killing civilians, only Ukrainian Nazis are killing civilians.
What do think will be the result of this experiment?

You live in Russia? Are you being caught by the KGB? How do you know about what is possible and what is not possible in Russia?

You can sign up as a volunteer. And go to defend your ideals of justice. You are ready? Or write posts more calmly?

In this case, you also need to go all the way in your convictions and sign up to volunteer for the war.

Thanks God I never lived in Russia, but I met some people who lived in the Soviet Union. I also read a lot about the Soviet Union history. I know few languages and I read newspapers from few countries, so I have a choice to believe RT or to believe to so called free democratic media.
According to the democrated media in today's Russia calling Russian invasion on Ukraine other name except Special Military Operation, protesting against the war, publishing Russian losses different than official Russian figures, denying that missile cruiser Moskva committed seppuku - all this is punishable by 15 years of jail or a dosage of Novichok.

We and others are doing a lot. We are helping Ukraine win. But even the Ukrainians don't want US boots on the ground.

Of course you can do 15 year in the US for saying things the Gov't doesn't like. How many years has Assange been a political prisoner ?

    5 whistle whistle-blowers file 100 million dollar lawsuit - https://whowhatwhy.org/politics/gov...lowers-file-100-million-suit-against-nsa-fbi/

can here some of their stories here http://www.ronpaulinstitute.org/arc...-panel-at-ron-paul-institute-conference-2017/

You crying "Propaganda" is humorous .. reminds me of a pavlov dog response .. your mind trained to categorize any info you disagree with as "Propaganda" :) but no worries .. very common this is - now go educate yourself .. see how your Gov't acts like Russian Thugs.

4 dead in Ohio :) .. your "any democratic country" comment is funny .. . Russia is democratic country :) but was a silly experiment in any case.

Say the wrong thing against the Gov't the US and you get arrested .. subjected to a kangaroo clown show process - charge stacking used as coercion .. never mind 15 years .. they charge you for 100's of years worth of made up fabricated crimes.

I don't understand what you want to know. Do you want to know why I know what's going on in Russia? If this interests you, I'll tell you - I often visit Russia. And I see everything with my own eyes.
And I assure you, the Russians are doing very well. They spit on all Western sanctions. They are completely self sufficient. Both militarily and economically, the Russians are getting spit on all attempts by Western countries to threaten them.
    They have a different mentality.
