    ? 20 years later and Ukraine isn't even in the process of joining. Seems Russia's interference in Ukraine has been successful in that much.

    But so what? Countries don't join NATO in order to "destroy Russia."

    Ukraine striking deep into Russia with simple drones is kind of hilarious, and also gives me hope. The fact that they can evidently hit significant targets in enemy territory with such relatively cheap equipment and not even risk loss of Ukrainian lives in the process is remarkable and really helps even out the situation.

    I just hope they do what North Korea has never done and overthrow their dictatorship. I would much rather see a free, democratic Russia than a giant hermit kingdom plotting against the free world.

And in the Crimean War of 1853, when the Russians destroyed the British aristocracy in one battle, and during the period of intervention after the revolution in Russia, when the British, Americans, Japanese, French, Germans, .... etc. were crushed by the Red Army ...
