When America voted in 2020 to oust Trump, I thought to myself, it won't be that bad. Most of the arguments against a Biden administration were just grandstanding and over the top BS.

However you look at the economy today, you see how much you guys pay on Gas because of the actions taken by Biden (re provoking Russia economically, destroying America's energy independence, etc). We here in Australia were paying $8.16USD a gallon for a few weeks.

You look at the foreign affairs stuff-ups from Biden, escalation of the Russia/Ukraine tensions, the death of American Soldiers due to a complete stuff up of the withdrawal of American troops in Afghanistan. The ability of Iran to develop nuclear weapons. The rest of the world openly criticises the presendents cognitive abilities.

Then you look at the Migrant crisis at the border, it's an absolute disgrace, people dying just trying to get into the US, you have an impending disaster at the border with the ending of Title 42.

This is not to mention the crime and the falling educational standards

From the outside world, at the stage, the question has to be asked, will America still be around in 2024 to even have an election. That's a question we all have to ask.

One thing for certain is that this president is the reason why we should not be trying to centralise governments around the world, and the risks you get when you get an incompetent guy running a trillion-dollar economy, that should really be in a retirement village.

I then look at the polls, and see 33% of people still support the guy, my question is how does this happen. This should be at max 15% maybe 20 tops.

The question really is when will congress put an end to the misery and impeach the president based on cognitive abilities?

That 33% is getting lower every day, getting killed by black crime and fentanyl, and their imported Democrat voters from across the border might not work out as intended given the current sentiment amongst resident Latinos.

    Like always.

The only people that whine and cry are the losers that cannot accept the truth .they prefer to blame others for their own shortcomings

people that do well NEVER blame or give credit to the politics of the day ..they take responsibility for their own actions and NEVER allow themselves to be a victim

Under trump there were riots marches and an insurrection

how many riots and marches and insurrections have there been since trump is gone??

of course inflation has gotten out of control ..how could it have not??

the government printed money and until it trickles the way back to the top and only a few have it , it wil once again gain value ..it has no value at this moment because everyone has more and is making more

the biggest mistake the government made was to send out money to companies and people not needing assistance..some businesses and workers actually increased their pay and payroll during the pandemic but still received free money

I known small business that borrowed $250,000 .never closed shop never laid off an employee and never had to pay back the $250

and to blame Ukraine and Russia on biden is lame ..

Putin knew the minute trump lost he no longer had any other way to stop NATO

Putin was using trump and if trump were president today the USA would have quit NATO

Yes, we all had a front row seat for the thousands of fake criminal claims spewed by the left over 5 years and yet they are still batting 0 for 1000.
Not one single indictment, charge, or conviction but they will still regurgitate whatever the leftist media commands them to say.

Proving yet again the childishness of the left with 578 riots, killing hundreds of American's and police officers, destroying billions in American businesses, burning down federal building and destroying statues because they hate Trump.
    Thanks for the confirmation

First off, not shutting down the American oil industry taking us from the largest exporter and being energy independent to historical high gas prices.
Not paying people not to work
Not printing money trying to hide the real problems
Not enforcing idiotic mask mandates losing hundreds of thousands of jobs
Not causing the highest gas prices in history which reflects directly on all transportation cost and rising market prices
Not lying to Americans about it being transitory and solving the problem when it was much smaller

Two years of historically easy monetary policy, and explosive federal spending that fed economic demand even though the economy had long ago emerged from the pandemic recession.
This is Bidens economy and the midterms will show you what voters already know

Yet Biden lifted Trumps sanctions on the Russian NS2 pipeline giving Russia a monopoly on European gas commodities.
What message did that send to Putin
Biden stopped all lethal aid to Ukraine in May.
What message did that send to Putin
Biden claimed no US troops would be involved. Yet nobody even asked Biden about that.
What message did that send to Putin

Baloney. For the first time in history NATO allies ponies up a 40% increase because of Trumps demand to either pay up or we are out. Why would you want the US to pay for everyone elses military problems and these allies not paying their fair share.

Prove it. BTW, the economy is roaring, otherwise unemployment wouldn't be near historic lows.

    2.
yes during trumps years there was mass rioting shooting and killing...the BLM riots and the kid killing 2 unarmed men in kenosha happened under trumps watch..and BTW trump was president on January 6th...
trump had plans on kidnapping Mke Pence to prevent him from certifying the election
3.trump is the president that sent money to every amercian even when that American did not ask for the money..his only holdup was he wants to be sure his name was on the checks
    4.
it was not Biden alone that lifted any sanctions on the russian NS2 pipeline..
european countrys were attempting to keep a civil co existence with their neighbor to the west
    5.
yes, since russian invaded Ukraine all of the Nato countries and beginning to pony up there dues...the reason the USA pays the most is the USA economy the tenfold the size of other countries...AND the USA pays the most so we can control the most
the guy buying dinner chooses the restaurant..and Biden just sent $800 million in military aid to Ukraine

Which has what to do with anything on the planet. A bunch of civil crimes for taxes or lying?
    NEXT

Which has nothing to do with the idiocy of the left killing Americans, Cops, staging their own insurrection at the SCOTUS trying to stop the swearing in of Kavanaugh, attacking the White House to the point the president had to be moved to the protective basement, burning down the historical church across the street, destroying billions in American businesses, tearing down statues, burning federal buildings, and attacking Capital Police.
Sorry, you don't get to blame Trump for the idiocy of the left.
    NEXT

    :roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol:

It was Biden who DEMANDED those sanctions be lifted, he signed an EO to do it.
    NEXT

NATO ponied up more than a 40% increase in 2019 after Trump told them to either pay their fair share or we are leaving.
Had nothing to do with Ukraine.

You should find better sources than the leftist media fake talking points.

As I'm sure you know, few people have the character to readily admit it when they are wrong, and dodge that accountability as long as possible. While I think there are some genuinely thinking Biden is doing OK, I think a lot of dems are cringing every time he speaks or acts.

One of our issues here is that Biden is the body in the oval office, but not the mind- he's the puppet of other interests behind the curtain. Throw him out, we have Harris, While not competent to do the job, very likely would assume it was her throne and she would ignore everybody; we might well go from frying pan to fire. My "best option" idea is that the congress changes hands, the new majority turns over a lot of the BS steps that have been enacted, and limits the president's ability to do further damage. Then, the 2024 elections can kick in, and hopefully- restore some genuine competent management to the white house.

When you look at the stupidity of some people in this world realize that you may have underestimated how deep that goes. Then you will have your answers.

If I'm understanding the process correctly, the only person that can initiate the 25th Amendment is the Vice-President and that isn't likely to happen because nobody on the planet wants her at the helm.

Secondly, armchair diagnoses of our POTUS's mental state are not definitive indications of his actual mental state. If that was all that was required, Trump would still be in rubber room somewhere.

So, short of Harris and Pelosi dying, the lesser of the three evils is Biden.

I'm sure you mean "competent". Now what you define as competent is another issue. Every president will have detractors. The day Kennedy was shot, I was in line at a dairy queen when the staff announced it. The man in front of me exclaimed "I hope they killed the SOB", yet Kennedy was perhaps the finest president in decades. Based on what I expect from a president, and the conditions of the time- yes, I think Trump was competent. He wasn't diplomatic, he didn't avoid confrontations, he didn't compromise easily nor tell people what they wanted to hear, or play to the manipulative powers as most do. But he brought a business perspective and decisiveness to the office, which I believe we were in dire need of- and today, we see how badly that is needed. Politics is the art of compromise- and the first compromise is integrity, and few others are worse. Trump attempted to keep every promise, and that in itself is virtually unique in politics.

Competent? In my view on a 1-10 scale, Trump was 8,. Biden is 1-; a man in a position far beyond his capacity for the job even at his best- and disastrous in his current state.
The real question to me is the competence of people who would support that; watch the unfolding devastation and remain silent about things that never existed under Trump- but they bitched at Trump anyway.
HOW can anyone watch a president order and participate in the process of transporting illegals all over the nation, in direct violation of federal immigration law (US Code 1324a, read it) and not be outraged?

Everybody who is not fit for a job wants to tell those who are how to do it- be it football or politics. None of those people like being micro-managed in their own jobs of course, but that doesn't deter them.
The right approach is to hire a good person- and let them do their job. IF the results aren't acceptable, you replace them. But you don't create an environment of endless ragging that prevents them doing the job, then bitch because you didn't get what you wanted. At least- honorable people do not.

Make a list of Trump accomplishments, it will be long and it's clear he was very productive. What is seen as good or bad will vary with perspective- but Trump made things happen, and quickly- that's his style.

Make a list of Biden accomplishments- and it will either be blank or a list of botched jobs. Among presidents that could be called "incompetent" Biden puts all others in the shade; nobody even close to where he is at.
I remember Harry Truman, so my personal view of this goes back away.

Our top priority has to be to get rid of Biden and not replace him with Harris or Pelosi.

I agree Trump is an 8/10, but after the damage Biden has done we need an 11/10.

It's still higher than Trumps unemployment rate. Also, the workplace participation rate dropped considerably under Biden. This means that the actual unemployment rate is 5% compared to that of the Trump administration.

Should I continue with more details on how bad the US economy is going?

Ziggyfish.... we have a problem here, which is generally the popularity of propaganda. It's not just the media, it's a government who manipulates numbers to make themselves look as good as they think they can, and lies to the people about what's real. Unemployment is grossly misrepresented, and the difficulty of finding anyone willing to take a job, when there aren't aren't significantly more people able to work clearly indicates that the practice of sending out government support checks, placing a hold on foreclosures and loan payments- have enabled a lot of people to decide they don't need to work.
The inflation numbers, like the unemployment numbers do not reflect the realities. Unemployment is in real terms (meaning we include people who could be working but choose not to) is probably 10%; and inflation- I think 15% would be a conservative number.

walk into any costco, sams club, walmart, or target

then tell me people are broke

also check out the cars in the parking lots...most are new

yes , there is growing communities choosing not to work and pay taxes

some just hate the world so much they choose poverty than being a useful member of society

poor people quit working and rich people cheat to avoid taxes

over all..there are more stories of the few that are doing bad these days

tragedy sells...kinda like nascar...with no crashes, it gets boring

but most people are working and making more money than ever

just look around with your own eyes,,,not some newsclip on a phony news station

You're right, few people including you have the ability to admit when they are wrong.
Component has only one meaning. Joe Biden would not have won had Trump been competent for the position, and any criticism of Biden speaks to the level of incompetence of the person he beat.

With that out of the way, Bidens handling of this Russian situation supersedes all the other social, and local issues Trump checks off on your made up list of accomplishments. Not only that, it's comical how you conveniently ignore all the free money, and market interference the Trump administration dolled out to contribute to our current Inflation.

It's concerning that you support the only president in almost 2 decades that successfully legislated bans on the second amendment.
Trump tried to also ban a major private enterprise. He was the worst thing for the free market, and out spent more then Obama. So what ever made up list of accomplishments you have for the guy, itdoes not negate the fact he was simply not competent for the position.

Not passing your world wide inflation expencises off to your employer is a personal problem, that voting republican won't solve.

If your current employer can't match or beat your expencises, then nows a good time to find better employment, or gain the skills nessessary to gain better employment. Even if that means taking a profitable hobby/second job that pays in the side.

When dems are in office, it's a profitable event for most.

Unfortunately, a lot of those are accurate observations. Unfortunately, what meets the eye often conceals a lot that doesn't.
Of course, one could also conclude that people are scrambling to keep things from falling apart.
I think some are, and I think some are doing well- for now, and that is the catch; most of what is "doing well" is dependent on conditions we can't depend on lasting.
There is a great deal of instability in the current situation; most critical parts of the system we rely on are volatile and unpredictable. Not good. Not sustainable

The government injected many billions of dollars into the public economy- directly- for exactly that purpose; to postpone economic collapse, allow time to recover.
I think that is a mixed bag- some good, some bad. In many ways, it's like paying your visa bill with your mastercard.
But one thing is sure- and that we are in a state of chaos rather than order in many areas of life. Nothing good comes out of chaos.
In economics we call an artificial situation a "Bubble". It's usually something we have created ourselves by some unwise choices or actions, but is not sustainable and will eventually burst.
It is always the purveyor of illusions and confusion- and always dangerous.
